This is a lovely third floor unit. It has a Lagoon view, and is priced accordingly. Only steps to the beach! This resort is absolutely gorgeous and meticulously well kept. You will love the lush vegetation, tropical palm trees and emerald green grass surrounding 4 breathtaking swimming pools. There are peaceful waterfalls, a grotto, and multiple hot tubs. There is a handicap pool hoist available. There are two wonderful restaurants and lounges on site. You can stop in the Coffee Shop for your Cup of Starbucks. The gift shop provides great gift buying opportunities, and snacks. There is a Spa and Fitness center and also Salon Services, such as nails and hair onsite. The Kauai Beach Resort is minutes from the airport and centrally located between the Kauai's North shore and the sunny Leeward Coast.
Kauai Beach Resort charges a Parking Fee of $35.00 per day plus Hawaiian State Tax payable upon check in at the resort.
There is a one time $130 Key fee plus Hawaiian State Tax that's paid at the time of booking. This fee is imposed by Kauai Beach Resort and not by Dream Vacations Kaua’i.

We provide a Starter Pack of:Coffee, cream and Sugar.

Hand Soap.
In the event that you should run out of these supplies, you will be responsible to replenish your additional need for these items. As a gentle reminder, the resort staff are unable to provide you with any additional starter supplies....

Outstanding resort. Well maintained, gorgeous landscaping and nice pools/hot tubs. Great amenities available … bar, restaurant, lounge with entertainment, gift shop and a spa.
The unit is basically a hotel room that is better decorated, nicer bed, bedding and pillows and has a larger fridge. Enjoyed the ice packs they had in the freezer. Small lanai, but we really enjoyed the view ( are there any bad views in Hawaii 😊).
We had a small issue when we arrived and we had instant response from the property manager and it was resolved by the next morning.
My only complaint, only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied. Since I’m not renting a unit that I’m shopping for groceries etc it would’ve been nice to have had enough toilet paper supplied.

We arrived at the accommodation unit and encountered dirty towels. My wife went in to take a shower and on the mirror we saw a "f*** y**" caption with steam.... apparently they didn't clean the mirror like they didn't clean the towels. We couldn't get permission to leave the accommodation earlier despite everything. Not recommended at all.

Overall great place to stay at while in Kauai. Only downfall was owner didn’t notify of the scaffolding outside the balcony so had to close the shutters for privacy with workers outside. The check in time and check out time are as stated. No flexibility.

Great place to stay. Everything they claimed was delivered. Only problem was the check-in where a misspelling of our last name caused confusion. There are two resorts and both claimed we didn’t have reservations until the mistake was discovered.
