Our condo boasts 3 split AC systems - one in the master bedroom, another for the living area and a third system for the loft bedroom. If you are sensitive to slightly hot or humid conditions, our condo is the perfect fit for you! Please respect our environment and use the AC units when necessary and turn off the units when leaving the condo.

This lovely condo sleeps a maximum of 4 adults comfortably in beds (please note that we do not allow children under the age of 10 - as the loft and stairs are dangerous for small children). You'll enjoy how close you are to Turtle Bay Resort, your choice of beaches big and small, 2 championship golf courses, tennis, horseback riding, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, helicopter rides, and 6 different and unique restaurants.
Large screened in lanai with a great view of the 18th hole of the Fazio Championship Golf Course and distant ocean vistas.
Entire condo is freshly painted, new carpet and tile floor and a totally remodeled kitchen, new fridge, and downstairs bathroom with large walk in shower. Upstairs bath and shower were just completed and a new window was also added for greater air flow.
The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed with an upgraded Mitsubishi air conditioning system and a 36" TV.
The upstairs bedroom/oft has a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are new ceiling fans in the downstairs bedroom, living room, loft and lanai. The loft and stairs are not safe for small/young children.
Corner unit provides extra operating windows to make the most of the tropical breezes.
Living room has a 57" Smart TV and large, comfy new furniture and bamboo wood floor. High Definition Cable and high speed WIFI provided.
No need to for bottled water - we have a water filtration system in the kitchen for you!
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware and tableware, rice cooker, crock pot, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, and new fridge. New sink with filtered water system and recently updated counter top and back splash.
Beach towels, sand chairs, umbrellas, boggie boards, ice chest and sand toys are provided to make your trips to the beach more comfortable.
Unit also includes a washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap, and hand soap.
Access to 2 pools and BBQ areas. Tennis courts for guests also. Or grab your golf clubs and take a 5 minute stroll to the Fazio and Palmer golf courses.
Gated parking and 24 hour security.

Very nice clean condo. Perfect for two couples, my wife, daughter and her husband. We stayed for six nights. The location is unbelievable, ten minutes from snorkeling at sharks cove and ten minutes to the PCC. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for a family of 4. The biggest perks were the beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards. Ate breakfast on the lanai. A/C was handy at night. Walked to Turtle Cove for some of the best snorkeling so far. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Condo was clean and updated. Lots of fluffy towels, even huge beach towels. Kitchen is well appointed and has everything we needed even salt pepper, garlic salt oils etc. we didn’t need the AC except to cool down the until on our arrival. Trade winds kept us perfectly cool all night. Owner /
Mgr was great to deal with. Alerted us about a change in security fobs which she made super simple. Pool was heated and wonderful. North Shore is perfect base camp. MUCH better and more relaxing than staying in the city. Food trucks are always one of the best parts of our trip.

What a fantastic spot on the North Shore! It’s a close walk to Turtle Bay Resort, where you can enjoy the great beach and restaurants! Highly reccomend the beach house restaurant and the point pool bar at sunset! Great location where you can drive to amazing beaches and hikes! Must go see Waimea beach and falls and sunset beach at sunset! It’s a great spot and I can promise we will be back!

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights in March 2024. This condo was everything the listing said and more. It has everything you need from shampoo to hand soap to laundry detergent. Plenty of towels were provided along with all the beach stuff needed. Towels, snorkel gear, coolers, body boards, etc. It was a great location to everything North Shore. 20-30 mins from Waimea Valley/beach and Toa Luau, Sunset Beach and other beaches, Dole Plantation, Haleiwa and more….and to the East only 10 mins from any kind of food truck you ever wanted. We didn’t need the AC, we just opened all the doors and windows in the evening and had a lovely cool breeze. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus after long days on the beaches. Communication with the host was also very responsive. We would stay again and recommend to anyone staying on the North Shore. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It’s a lovely place situated on the best part of the island. We loved staying on the north shore and because you are so close to Turtle Bay resort, you can walk over to use any of the amenities… there’s so much to do just walking distance from the condo.
The host is quick to respond and fix anything we needed and was very helpful if we had any questions. We will definitely be back. It was great, and I highly recommend.
