We purchased the condo in June, and it was a very active VRBO with a 4.8 rating and more than 40 reviews!! We have made a number of upgrades since purchasing the property and it's even better than before! Truly one of the best locations on the Big Island. Short walk to Magic Sands beach, and very close to town, restaurants, shops and all amenities. Reserved garage space with additional off street parking. This is truly the best of the best in Kona waterfront living.
Sunsets are magnificent from the balcony looking out to the ocean literally just 30 ft away and the pool is along the ocean and generally very uncrowded as there are only 16 units in the complex. Whales can be seen right from the balcony starting in December until March or April. King bed in the master, and two twins that can be converted to king as well prior to arrival.
Deep cleaning performed after every visit, with special emphasis on disinfecting all areas with alcohol during the pandemic. Bookings from 15-28 days during high season subject to 60/30 day cancellation policy. ...

We booked this condo for 7 nights based on the lanai and its general location. We were beyond impressed with the property. The views from the lanai are truly breathtaking making it hard to get motivated to do much beyond sitting! It is far enough from downtown Kona to avoid the sounds of tourists but yet close enough to get to restaurants and shopping fairly quickly. The airflow through the condo is sufficient to make it cool and comfortable even on hot days. With the many ceiling fans and large screen doors that open to the ocean, we found ourselves only needing to turn the air conditioning on in the back bedroom. I would highly recommend booking this property for your stay in Kona!

We had a great stay at Nalu Bliss! The location from town and the snorkel spots we love was perfect. We spent our mornings out exploring and afternoons enjoying the ocean from our shaded Lanai. The property manager responded immediately when we had questions. Place was clean and the bed comfy. We will definitely return. Thank you!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nalu Bliss. The view from the lanai and sound of the ocean was so beautiful. The condo is located in a great area, a super short drive to Kona shops, restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend this property!

Our favorite part of our stay at this condo was the expansive balcony with the gorgeous view. We ate every breakfast outdoors and spent our evenings, whenever possible, watching the sunset. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach equipment. Fans in all rooms and AC when needed was a plus. Close to town, restaurants and groceries. We were so sad to leave this lovely place.

The location is perfect! The kitchen is well-equipped. The house decoration is stylish and elegant. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the lanai every morning and every evening. The kids can walk downstairs to snorkel in the turtle cove. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a place that feels very private, yet is convenient to everything, this is your place. Stop looking and book this wonderful condo. It's more than depicted in the photos and the lanai is spectacular.
It is furnished comfortably and the kitchen is extremely well stocked! I'd made a list of groceries to buy on the way to the condo, only to find much of it was already there! The beds are comfortable and the showers spacious.
Communication is informative and timely. It is well maintained with convenient parking. While there, we met the Strata Manager and a Board Member out inspecting the public areas for repairs. It's a small strata and you definitely feel the "personal" touch this condo exudes!

Great place to stay! I chose it over other Vrbo listings because of the lanai and have no regrets! The lanai is like no other. We cracked the sliding doors at night to hear the waves crashing below all night long. Dreamy.
The condo is well stocked, clean, & very comfortable. Used the beach gear- boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler, and more for the whole family if needed. Would definitely come back.
