The condo was excellent! Very clean, quiet and perfect size for my husband and I with our two older teenage kids. Pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Condo also had beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, etc that made trips to the beach easy from day 1.
Mark and Teri provided all the information to us in advance and responded quickly when we reached out.
Would definitely recommend for those looking for a place in Waikaloa village.

Clear explanations and simple rules, clean, well maintained, easy access to pool, jacuzzi and gym. 2min to grocery shopping and 15min to Waikoloa beach. Mark and Teri are super-host, they answered all our questions quickly and made sure we had all we needed. I strongly recommend staying at their place!

Great owners. Provided clear and simple instructions before arrival, and checkout process was super easy. The place also had a dedicated parking spot so it was super helpful to know I always had a predictable spot for my rental. Would definitely stay at again.

It was a very cute and well appointed condo with a washer & dryer. The instructions for wi fi and fire tv were clear and concise. Condo overlooked the golf course and was beautiful.
