Kamaole Sands unit 6-302 was fully remodeled in September 2019, this bright one bedroom, two full bathroom retreat awaits you. Enjoy views of the Pacific from your third story lanai, freshly prepared meals in your fully stocked kitchen and a cool, comfortable evening thanks to the split a/c system.

The space
The custom designed bedroom provides natural light while maintaining privacy. Both the en suite and guest bathrooms have been constructed with ambiance and practicality in mind. The open air kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar with seating for four. The coastal themed living area includes a comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV, along with a custom built desk space. Step outside and enjoy morning coffee on your shaded, ocean view lanai.

Located in the heart of South Kihei, Kamaole Sands sits just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 3. This beach is known for excellent swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding. The open, grassy knoll is a famous spot for captivating sunsets and seasonal whale watching. Catch an early morning boat ride to Molokini from Kihei Boat Ramp, a short walk from the complex. Also nearby you will find an array of restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and sports bars to catch your game. Just south, Wailea resort town boasts fine dining, luxury shops and world class golf courses. The TV in bedroom has been removed.

The complex is in the process of redoing the roofs on the buildings in the complex. This is going on from April to October of 2024. This building is scheduled to be done April of 2025 and will be closed during the time they are working on this building.
