Located in the sunny and vibrant beach town of Kihei. Beach chairs, umbrellas, luxury beach towels and a cooler are provided to enjoy your day at the beach! We strive to achieve a welcoming and thoughtful retreat for your stay in the magical valley isle. Dine out at one of the many restaurants nearby or play chef in our fully stocked kitchen, you will enjoy your new home away from home in Maui.
The Space:
We want you to feel at home the moment you open the door. Our condo is located in Kauhale Makai “Village by the Sea”, a community nestled up against a charming beach; perfect to catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools, a hot tub, volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several community BBQ grills with picnic tables and evening tiki torches. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm trees and banana trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and feel the Aloha!
The Neighborhood:
Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000 foot high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and close proximity to many activities. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Kauhale Makai is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport!
Getting Around:
Most of our guests rent a vehicle to get around, it's the best way to explore Maui. Kihei is close to the airport, about a 15 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.
Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.
The state of Hawai'i collects a Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25% and sales tax of 4.166%. Maui county has a Transient Accommodation Tax of 3.5%. We as hosts are required to collect this tax!

Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and are shared. Payable via app or coins. We provide Tide pods.
Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution.
Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes down the road.

The property was very very clean and comfortable. It’s in a excellent location and directly across from the C-train. The check-in process was flawless, I will be back to stay in the future 💯
