PLEASE NOTE: Waikoloa Beach Villas will be restoring exterior woodwork throughout the complex. The scope of work to include Ohia Wood Posts a, 2nd and 3rd floor railings, trellises and A/C enclosures at each building. Each building will be worked on one at a time for approximately 2-4 weeks. Lanai furnishings/decor will be moved while the building is worked on. The contractor will access the upper floor lanais by ladder. This project will begin in July 2024 and is expected to last until March 2025 (dates subject to change depending on weather). The contractor will be onsite working 8am-6pm Mon-Fri. Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Reserved parking spot. No garage access. Only ONE CAR ALLOWED with rental of unit H1. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom, Upstairs Guest Room, Downstairs Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

The weather was really great except for one morning the wind kicked up and blew like 35 40 mph only for a few hours than it cleared up and the temp back to 80+. The condo was handy and nice close to the hot tub and pool. We went out to eat several time and other times we went to the Island Market and bought our dinners brought it back and ate at home. Close to the golf course.

Our family had an amazing stay at Waikoloa Villas. The unit was right across from the pool, which was a plus for our toddler and my dad who has a hard time getting around. The unit had a beautiful view of the golf course and sunsets and an area for our daughter to run around outside. There was 8 of us total and it was perfectly roomy for all of us! Thank you so much!

Overall, a great very well stocked kitchen. Was also nice to have a couple of fans. Loved the fridge-freezer with the ice ball maker
Staff was there right away to fix any issues.

The property is a beautiful amazing place. My whole family had a great stay and time. Enjoyed the whole condo just so comfotable for the size of family we had. We all enjoyed the convenient shopping, and walking distant to the beaches and hotels. Had a barbecue time in the back it was awesome time with family. It is an amazing place. The only issue we had was the hot water, but otherwise it is a great place. I would like to thank you to the whole staff who was friendly and very helpful. You all made our vacation with a happy memory. Thank You.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place is so comfortable with beautiful Hawaiian decor. The pool & gardens are stunning and the view from our courtyard was amazing. The location was absolutely the best for us. It was perfect for our time in Waikoloa. But having to take a shower in the second and third bathrooms with plastic shower curtains inside of the glass doors made for a very uncomfortable small spaced shower.

Great location with golf course view. Built in bbq on lanai is definitely a plus. It was literally home away from home with all the amenities.
I’ve been to many properties in and around Waikoloa and would highly recommend this property. The property management company is also very responsive. Enjoy!

Disappointed with the lack of pool glasses & other amenities other units have.
The lanai is filthy. Screen has holes. Flies at both swimming pools. Temperature gauge on bq not working.
