Konea 406 is an expansive one-bedroom suite boasting views of what West Maui is most famous for, the blue Pacific Ocean and the lush West Maui Mountains.

When it's time to rest, the gentle Maui breeze will lull you into deep slumber in the primary bedroom's king-sized bed. If needed, the living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed to accommodate up to two additional guests. A second sofa sleeper in the den area converts to a queen-size bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 6.
The living room and primary bedroom both have a flat-screen television if you want to catch a movie or your favorite show while you drift off, and there is a third television in the den area.

The property is HUGE - larger than it appears online. Perfectly clean, great location, everything worked. Great internet, helpful washer and dryer in-unit. We'll be happy to stay here again.

The resort is gorgeous and very family friendly, but the room was just ok a bit old and outdated. The floors were dirty when we checked in as well as the dishes which I had to rewash all of them. The lanai furniture was kind damaged and old. The views were amazing and the apartment was specious. Loved the laundry in the apartment and the proximity to the beach. We had a good time but it was very pricey what what the apartment had to offer.

I am so happy with our experience renting this unit and working with Maui Resort Rentals! Everything was flawless- the unit was clean and well maintained and the management team was very helpful and always a pleasure to talk with. This unit has a perfect view of the sunrise over the mountain peaks. Sitting on the deck and watching that every morning was the perfect start to the day. 10/10 I would rent this unit and/or work with Maui rentals again.

The condominium is perfect for my family well equipped with parking available and easy access to the beach and the pools are awesome! my unit was not ocean view. However I really enjoyed the mountains. My family is planning to go back again.

The unit was spacious four our group of six (3 adults and 3 kids/teens). The one bathroom wasn't too much of an issue which was a worry for me before our trip. The unit was nicely situated on the outer side facing the Hokulani tower with a partial ocean view. It had all the kitchenware we needed: utensils, plates, bowls, coffee maker, frying pans, a large pot, tupperwares, etc. There was an umbrella, two beach chairs, and a cooler which was handy. We also did a lot of laundry so learning from previous trips, we didn't bring as much clothes knowing that we could wash our dirty clothes anytime. The only issue that we had not related to this particular unit is the underground parking garage. All the spots were full after a certain time (usually late evening) so you had to take a hike to the overflow parking area outside which wasn't all to much an issue but could be if you have a lot to unload. I think this is due to everyone coming back after a year plus of being sheltered at home so Honua Kai was fairly booked out. All in all, we had a great time in this unit and would definitely consider staying here again.
