This 29th floor unit of the Waikiki Banyan is fully furnished with two full size beds, one pull out sofa bed (recently replaced, not pictured) in the living room, island countertop with chairs, and two chairs with table on the lanai/balcony.
The full size kitchen has everything you’ll need to feel right at home: plates, glasses, silverware, full size oven/stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, pots and pans, etc.
Free parking pass and free private wifi are both included for your entire stay!!!
Additional parking is available in the building garage for $30*/day with in and out privileges. (*rates subject to change)
The Waikiki Banyan features a recreation deck with a large pool, 2 spa/hot tubs, saunas, snack bar/restaurant, BBQ grills with outdoor picnic seating, and a children's playground!
Location, location, location! Just one block from Waikiki beach, this is the perfect Waikiki getaway. Check in was easy, room was exactly like the listing showed, the managers were responsive with my question on a Sunday, overall excellent and will be recommending to friends.

Location was a plus. Felt safe out and out of hustle of Waikiki. Plenty of of places to eat. parking pass a plus as well. 29th floor, the view was outstanding! Beds were comfortable. the studio was clean and stayed cool. The property could use a little refresh. Add another chair possibly, so a family of 5 can actually sit together. They do have bar stools so that did help. Use something besides a plastic mattress cover. There’s no room for your belongings. We lived out of our suitcases for 8 days. Stop and grab toilet paper because they only give you 2 rolls. Beware of the elevators. Lol our family will forever remember the elevators. 🙂
Overall our Vacation was a wonderful one! And fill grateful to had another beautiful experience on Oahu. Mahalo 🌸

Good size apartment. Beds small and not very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with most utensils. Beach towels and umbrella provided.
This is a 35 story building and lifts can be slow at times

This nice little condo was sufficient enough for my family of 5. Bright and clean, looks just as the pictures. Nice to hang out and relax on the lanai with a distance view of the beach. They have JUST enough tableware, chairs, bath towels and beach towels for 5 people. More towels would have been helpful for our week long stay, but if need be, laundry is $2.50, drying is $2.00 (by coin or app). Location is key! 2 blocks from Kuhio Beach. We walked there almost everyday. They do have 4 beach chairs and an umbrella which we did find very useful. Safeway is about a mile away for anything extra you’ll need, plus it’s at the end of Waikiki still close to shopping, restaurants and all the ABC stores your heart desires. Being at the end of Waikiki, getting out to other parts of the island was quick and easy to avoid Waikiki traffic. Parking included was a plus! You’ll always find parking on the 5th level even late at night, so save yourself the stress and just go straight to 5th level. Overall, a a good place to stay.

This was a nice, clean condo with bonus amenities such as a play structure for my toddler. The pool was a nice size and clean as well. It was a decent size condo for two adults and 1 child. Although listing stated room for 5, I think way too small for such a group. Only 3 complaints: listing stated queen beds but actually only full beds, parking on property was stressful because it appeared not enough stalls, and the carpet in the hallways were pretty darn dirty. Other than that, location was a 5 min walk to beach, zoo, and restaurants.

Great location, Vrbo and Banyan communication was excellent, allowed early check in. There was a lot of essentials to stock in room.
The room was smaller than expected and the bathroom was especially small. For the price and location it was worth it.

The fact that I planned this vacation get away, made me the hero of the summer. This ease of this trip had my daughter talking about moving to Hawaii! Her mother would never forgive me.

The check-in and pre/post/during communications with the management company was TOP NOTCH. The property itself looks a little tired/worn; however, we enjoyed our stay there and slept well.
