An open floor plan leads from kitchen to dining to the sunken living area which then flows out toward the lanai via pocket sliding glass doors. Relax and enjoy the amazing views in every direction from the lanai. You'll want to spend much of your time relaxing on your lanai enjoying the magnificent ocean views!
The King Bedroom has its own office area and ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping is provided by a new sleeper sofa. There is an additional powder bathroom for your convenience. Washer and dryer in unit with needed supplies to make traveling easier.
We provide a guidebook, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. This unit is equipped with free WiFi, smart TVs, central air, ceiling fans, and many useful items such as laundry soap, paper products, shampoo and body wash.

Mauna Lani Resort offers many amenities to enjoy including two 18 hole championship golf courses, biking and hiking trails and The Shops at Mauna Lani with various shops and restaurants. As our Guest, you will have access to the private Owner's Beach Club and Restaurant which is for all Mauna Lani Resort Owners.

Spacious 1 bedroom. Very clean and updated. We had all we needed including beach chairs. It has a beautiful ocean view and comfortable back patio. Dining and watching the sunset from the patio was beautiful. It’s an easy walk to the Beach Club which made for a relaxing afternoon. We’ll be back. Aloha!

Beautiful accommodations, clean and included everything you’d ever need in the kitchen and for the beach! The lanai is the best place to hang out with whales breaching and golfers on the 13th. Loved everything about the unit.

Unit is furnished in all new decor/finishes, with high end appliances, and very comfy master bed. Our college age son slept on pull out sofa, which to my relief was also comfy. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with lovely landscaped grounds.
Property co, Hawaii Luxury, was awesome—very responsive to any questions or concerns we had; would not hesitate to rent from them again!
If it helps other first timers, the pool is located in front of D/E building. Also, if you’re looking for more local feel restaurants, our family really enjoyed going to Waimea area most nights (30 mins away). Kona was a bit further to drive back at night, but we did visit a few good ones close to Kona Commons area. Mahalo for a great stay!

My wife and I spent 12 days in this unit. It was perfect. Very spacious. Plenty of room for two people or a couple people with two small kids. We wish the unit had an outdoor bbq and a bathtub, but otherwise perfect. Definitely recommend.

The Point in Mauna Lani perfectly enhanced our laid back 30th anniversary celebration. Each day began and ended on the lanai enjoying the mountain & ocean views!! Morning walks right out the door took us to ocean and beautifully landscaped areas. The Beach Club was perfect for mornings we wanted to stay close, and afternoons found us at the pool. We used the beach chairs when we went to Kua Bay. The cooler was great for the shopping trip in Kailua. Most meals we prepared in because this unit has the best seat on the island.
Check in, etc was effortless, the resort is quiet and very well maintained. Enjoy!

great location, plenty of space, nicely supplied.
The floors are quite smooth and light-colored so care is needed near the steps to avoid falling, especially when looking toward the slider when the sun is in front of the unit.
