Our family lives very close to our four rental properties - our mission statement is to "exceed our guest's expectations". We are on call to help you with anything you might need.

*Additional guests: $25 USD for each guest after 4.
*Pet Fee: $30 per night
*Minivan: ONE 8-person 2021 Honda Odyssey minivan included with rental (insurance provided by US Auto Choice)
For primary insurance coverage, we offer Rental Collision Protection for $25 per day).
*Minivan Use is free up to 7 days. For reservations longer than 10 days, we will charge a minivan discounted rate of $150 per day.
*We use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies.
* Homes sanitized and air HEPA filtered with Blue Air Purifier
* 3.95% Credit Card processing (non refundable) fee for Direct Bookings and VRBO. To avoid this fee, we also accept other payment methods - please inquire....
