My Wife & I had a great time, this place was perfect for the two of us. Very clean & had everything you need. Pool area was nice to relax around & enjoy while not at the beaches.

The condo was clean and convenient location. The patio has a nice view of the ocean with our morning coffee. There was ants in the kitchen, the shower was hard to regulate and TV did work properly. On arrival directions to the condo were confusing.

Older property but everything I hoped for. clean, quiet for the most part, convenient location, accommodating. Due to a flash flood lost hot water last four days, but we adjusted. Would definitely recommend.

Nice condo but it needs work. The shower is very sensitive and the hot water can scold you if you’re not careful. The bed is fine. Linens are fine. TV was a challenge. Overall it was a little bit overpriced considering that it needs some work to update. The condo is getting old.

Loved the location and the place was very clean. The only problem I can speak to is the shower was hard to regulate the temperature, and the slider door to the lanai was hard to open and close. But other then that the bed was very comfortable and all the amenities I needed!

Prince Kuhio vacation rentals are in a prime location for snorkeling and nightly sunset watching. The gardens on the grounds have no equal and are impeccable. The studio apartments are just big enough and although old, they are in good condition and a good value. If you spend time in your condo in Kauai other than sleeping, you’re something wrong.

Overall this place was good. It was in a good location on the island, has a nice view, and a comfy bed. We did have a couple of issues. 1. The apartment did not have any electricity the first night we were there. We were told this was a simple clerical error on the owners part. However, that was a very frustrating way to start our vacation. 2. The shower is very difficult to get at a comfortable temperature. Too cold or just too hot seemed to be the only options and we ended up having to switch back and forth between the two multiple times in the same shower

Rental was good but too many changes on the island, it seams you now need an app to do what we had done several times in the past. These changes were unknow to us and very disappointing. Showerhead needs to be replaced along with the water control in the shower.

This place is a great place to stay, especially if it’s just you and your spouse. Not far from great food and beaches. The shower was really difficult to use, either boiling hot or cold, but other than that it was great! Highly recommend

This property worked very well for our stay in the Poipu area. The property was affordable and clean. The condo pool was great for us and the access to the Lawai beach was easy. It was a great place to snorkel and watch the boogie board classic that occurred while we were there. The nearby Poipu beach offered boogie boarding and kid-friendly activities.
Overall, this condo was exactly what we wanted and needed for our week-long stay.
