Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to consider travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

For the fie f us staying renting the condo was the best value over a traditional hotel. It is located close to just about everything we did. The building is not new by any means but has been maintained well. If you have a vehicle it is best to use the parking garage a block over or even better the marina parking lot.

This property is in a good location. Wish it was more updated and maintained a little better. But the view we had was amazing.

Property was not as advertised. The floors were dirty, many areas had not been dusted. Master bathroom sink took several minutes to drain, toilet did not flush properly. Slats were missing from Venetian blinds in master bedroom. There was no king size bed as advertised. The kitchen did not have a garbage disposal, or dishwasher and there were no roasting pans, baking pans and very few accessories for cooking. Only light in the living room/ dining room area was a a hanging fixture over dining room table. Not one lamp in living room. Second bedroom was a joke. It had 2 full size beds which completely filled room. Door could only be opened partially and you had to step into bathroom and close bedroom door to access room. There was no dresser or chest of drawers. You had to turn sideways to access closet. Slats were also missing from Venetian blinds in the second bedroom and living room. Individual a/c units in each room sounded like a jet engine when they were running. Several outlets throughout apartment did not work. There was only one smoke detector in this 2 bedroom apartment and it was in the 2nd bedroom. Their were no instructions for the TV and we were never able to find any network stations, only a few cable stations. It would probably be adequate if you were only staying a few nights and eating all yours meals at restaurants. We were there for one month.

The unit was updated and bright. Hopefully this information gets passed onto the rental company that the cleaners did a poor job. The dishes in the drawers and cutlery were dirty. My white socks were filthy from the floor and rarely do I have allergies but was sneezing the first 2 days.
