Overall the condo was exactly as expected from what we saw with the listing. There are a few things that we noticed such as some of the beach chairs have seen better days, however can be expected with the amount of use they get.
Kitchen is well stocked as well.
We enjoyed the lanai for our dinners and the view is beautiful even though it’s not on the water.
The resort for the most part was quiet even though most units appeared to be occupied.
Nice location as well being far enough off the busy part of South Kihei Rd.

Clean and lots of room!
It’s exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of room for a family of 5. We had everything we needed and more. The two downsides is that the place was very hot when we arrived and the A/C was not working. It took two days to get someone to fix it but that’s when they were available. As soon as it was fixed, it quickly cooled. The property manager was quick to respond. The second is that it is located in the very back corner of the complex. While the location is on S. Kihei Road, it was probably a 10-12 minute walk from the room to Kam Beach 3. Loved that it was a 5 minute drive to the Wailea shops :)

We were especially impressed by the property managers who were very responsive. For example, problem with the main AC unit - it was replaced the next day. Dull knives - replaced within the hour.

Very seemless experience in booking, communicating, and staying at this condo. Given all of the permits and such due to COVID, the property management company made communication easy and professional. Would totally stay at this spot again on our next trip to Maui

Bed was very uncomfortable, quality of the pillows was really bad, had a hard time sleeping. Had to stay without wifi for two days as we were provided wrong log ins, ran out of dish soaps and laundry pods in the middle of the stay, when called, they hesitated to provide more but ended up providing at the end, overall good stay besides just a few things I mentioned.
