This special property serves as the ideal family gathering place, complete with kid's play gym and tree swings, multiple indoor and outdoor dining spaces, play all day at the park and the beach without loading up the car! The property has a spacious beachfront home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is also a separate cottage housing a studio bedroom and bunkroom, each with its own bath.

The Main House has a large kitchen with views of ocean and backyard. A large great room, TV and day beds provide lots of gathering space. The house has ocean views and 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bath.
There is also a separate cottage housing a very large studio bedroom w/ two queen beds, and a custom designed bunkroom, each with its own bath.

The bunkroom (on the other side of the cottage) has 2 twins and 2 fulls, and its own bathroom.
