We had a great stay. The house was simple but had everything we needed. Very quiet, I enjoyed reading on the upstairs deck. Gorgeous views and the grounds were very well taken care of. Hope to stay again!

The property was clean and had just the right space for everyone. The grounds were so fun with the horse, chickens and all of the trees. It sat off the road and was just outside of town so it was nice and quiet without a lot of people around. The deck space was great for coffee in the morning and family dinners as well as inside space. We were incredibly pleased with the stay.

We had a wonderful time using this house as our home base. Some of the pictures did not represent the interior well. We loved the location and outdoor space, but the carpet leading upstairs was dirty and well worn. It would have been nice to have a real vacuum so we could keep things more clean while we were staying. The sleeping arrangements were not the best, especially the hide-a-bed softa. Even though some things were worn we still enjoyed our stay and loved the community of Naalehu Hawaii.

The house was at a very private location. Loved the rural feel with chickens and a horse. Would have liked to have had better beach chairs and BBQ. Other than that a very peaceful place to stay

This property was perfect for our party of 7. The rooms were comfy and quiet. There was plenty of space for everyone, even if each wanted to do his own thing. There is also a big yard with a great view. The area is very quiet, and the night sky is absolutely incredible. Stargazing in the yard at night was one of our favorite things to do. The kitchen is also well equipped, although we did have an ant problem while we were there. We found some bug spray, which did help alleviate the problem although we would still see some ants here and there. We just didn't leave any food on the counter and it wasn't a big problem.
The animals in the area are lovely, and really made the place feel like home. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Very comfortable house, in the countryside - literally with rooster and horse right in front of your livingroom - Beautiful surroundings. Perfect to rest and to visit the South. Instructions very clear and communication with the rental agent straightforward.
