Complex update: The north stairway for this complex to be retiled starting on the week of 6/17/24. They are estimating that it could take 5 weeks pending on what needs to be done once they get started. Therefore, the north stairway will not be available till the work has been completed. However, the south stairway and the elevator will be available during this time.
Please note: This unit does not have air conditioning but it is an end unit so has more windows than other units at this complex and the building is parallel to the ocean so it normally has nice ocean breeze during the day and a cool mountain breeze at night.
Complex update: Due to age, the complex elevator may or may not be working.

Clean and well equipped. AC not needed. Extensive spices and food items, even a couple of beers! Superb ocean and shoreline views. Very good value.

We love the complex, views, location and have stayed in different units through the years. This was the first time in 301 and it did not disappoint. Paul has been a great property manager for all our stays and we will come back again. Mahalo!
