Your chances of getting an ocean view are best at 8 months or earlier. The cancellation policy of no refunds can be modified for early bookings.

The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North is a luxurious Hawaiian rental property located on the oceanfront of Kaanapali beach. Each villa has a private lanai surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The villa offers the key amenities of home with added luxurious Westin touches and quality. The bedroom features a king size Westin heavenly bed and a queen sofa/sleeper in the living area. The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped with a glass cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. Dinnerware and pots/pans are provided. Each villa includes a washer and dryer, convenient after a day at the beach. The bathroom features a whirlpool tub and a granite vanity with double sinks. You will have many of the privileges of an owner such as complimentary parking, concierge service and free wireless High Speed Internet Access. There are no resort fees but you will be responsible for a daily occupancy tax from the resort at check-out.
