Our guests are treated to a higher level of comfort and amenities! No more dull knives, missing grilling or kitchen essentials. Instead, you'll have quality TP, paper towels, backup grill propane, DW/laundry detergent, soap, bandaids, batteries, charging ports, coffee grinder, hair dryers... it's all here. All you need is the food and drink you love, and we'll provide the down time to enjoy them.
Numerous amazing Golf courses and beaches are within 20 minutes, both famous and secluded. Pack a lunch, pick your destination and spend the day! A quick stroll on soft grass next to the golf course and you’re at our private Ocean Club pool/restaurant/bar overlooking ~180 degree ocean views by day and stunning sunsets by night.
Our home is ideal for 4 people, with 2 private suites where it's all serenely quiet, peaceful and dark! Both suites have comfortable cal-king beds, private bath, ultra-quiet ceiling fan and tv. The master suite has partial ocean and full golf course views if you want to sit there looking out the bedroom window, but it's much better from the lanai or Ocean Club! The hall bath is adjacent to the second suite and offers a tub/shower combo and can be closed off as part of the 2nd suite if desired.
The new, modern kitchen accessories and outdoor grill make all culinary options available. Since we live here often and know what it's like to be on vacation, we personally keep our home fully stocked!
If you wonder about the exact location of our villa, we are in Building 5 and our flag on Vrbo is extremely accurate, where no other Hali'i Kai units look into our private lanai. Many other Hali'i Kai "garden view" units located in the back Palms area have central facing lanais which all face each other providing minimal privacy but have the same gorgeous Hali'i Kai landscaping, nonetheless. Given the unique location of our place, we have very minimal foot traffic that passes by, again privacy and seclusion. The Hilton, while it may look as though it is close to us in the photos is a full football field away across 2 golf fairways. The only sounds we might typically hear while sitting outside on our lanai are the frustrated golfers after a shot.
Our goal is to provide you with the same ideal vacation experience we encountered many times as guests with our parents and family at other wonderful villas here at Hali'i Kai. We think we have learned from the spots that were generic, and those which were exceptional and hope your experience with us exceeds them all!

This condo was wonderful to stay in! It was clean, quiet and in a beautiful area. Great for 2 couples. The host was fantastic to work with and very nice! Close to beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Exactly as advertised. Owners are incredibly thoughtful and had ensured condo was well stocked with all basic necessities including quality kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Items for guest use (e.g. beach chairs, kitchen knives, etc.) were of good quality and in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Condo was quiet, did not hear any noise from neighbouring units. Owners were very quick to respond to all questions. Would certainly stay here again without hesitation.

Well appointed unit, updated, with lots of essentials. Plenty of beach toys and located directly across from the sport court. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra towels and other necessities. We’ll be back!

Disappointed with pool being only 3-1/2 ft and closing at 8:00. View of Hilton was not good. I felt like I was looking at a huge city.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Great location, clean & nicely decorated etc. We loved the private pool/restaurant with it’s wonderful ocean views! We come to the Big Island yearly just for a week of R&R. Would definitely stay here again.

Two bedroom arrangement worked very nicely. View from patio is great; well-kept grass, view of golf course and good walking conditions. Ground floor makes coming and going easy. Not a lot of activity in other units; almost as if we had it all to ourselves.

We were all delighted by the best vacation home rental from day 1 to the our departure day after a week’s stay. The location is perfect ,beautiful and good natural privacy screens, green and colorful. The home was well maintained, clean, well stocked with essentials one would need in a home, from kitchen to bathrooms, and beach . The hosts put a lot of thought into making everyone’s stay perfect . We would stay here again the next time we visit the Big Island .
It is the perfect location, just beside Hilton Vacations Club, with the King’s and Queen’s shopping places in nice walking distance , and the Island Gourmet Market place /grocery just a 1.1 mile very short drive or walking.

We have stayed in Hali 'i' Kai many times in the past 10 years. This condo was one of the best we stayed in here, as it was extremely clean, well organized with very thoughtful Hosts/Owners. They provided great beach essentials and a well stocked kitchen! The communication between the Hosts and our family was awesome and helpful! These Hosts/owners care about your stay which you experience once you walk through their condo door. They show their thoughtfulness through the amazing cleanliness and organization of their condo. Thank you for being wonderful hosts and all your thoughtfulness to your guests. Your condo is a very comfortable and the location is awesome! Thank you so much for all that you do! We loved our stay at this property. The house was clean, quiet, and the beds are super comfortable. They have everything you need to head the beach: snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler bags, shade canopy, and more! Another special part about this property is the access to the Ocean Club which has a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean and a restaurant that has really tasty food. Plus local live music on the weekends at the club was a treat. This property is also close to some of the best beaches on the island. We would stay here again and hope we get to!
