Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 6 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
Children under 5 do not count towards 6 people.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. A high-end gas grill on the lanai is part of what makes this unit a wonderful place to holiday.
In addition to the indoor dining table with seating for 6 there is an expansive kitchen island with seating for 2, and the large covered lanai has a large outdoor dinning table. The large living area with vaulted wood ceilings is airy and is a perfect place for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! Here you can play family games, listen to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area with seating for 6 is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. As the title, indicates, excellent.
I would guess something temporary happened: we liked to be outside specially around lunch time, but the 3 last days workers seeming to install pipes even on the lawn of the property was a bit disturbing to be outside. Probably out of luck.

We have stayed at other properties on the big island and this tops our list as our favorite. The home is absolutely beautiful and well-appointed with all the amenities. Dual climate air conditioning to suit multiple people's temperature preferences.The check-in and check out process was seamless. The neighborhood was manicured precisely to enhance the Aloha vibes. We would definitely stay in this home again!

My wife and I, along with two of our married children had the opportunity to spend two heavenly weeks in this incredible property. Everything was just as advertised- the kitchen was first rate, as was the living area. The bedrooms were all “masters”, with king sized beds an e suites. Would highly recommend

Our first VRBO rental was in 2006 in the Mauna Lani. This house was the best we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The house had everything needed for a beach vacation. The location is perfect. The owners pay attention to every detail - we can’t thank them enough for sharing their home! Especially love the outdoor shower and every beach accessory you could ever ask for!

Lovely home that supplied the needs of our group. The need to have an ADA compliant walk in shower was a major factor for my sister in law and this house provided it very well. 3 Ladies traveling together and each of us had a suite for a bedroom. Loved the open concept and the Lanai was enjoyed daily.

Excellent location by best beaches on the island! Suggest taking the short hike from Hapuna Beach to Mauna Kea Beach as finding parking at Mauna Kea is unlikely. Great golf courses nearby.
