The location of this property was great, right by a beach, and not far from all activities in Kailua-Kona.
It was well stocked with all dishes and cooking utensils.
It had all kinds of beach toys(boogie boards, masks and snorkels,, coolers, towels, flippers)
Beds were comfortable.
Overall a good space.
Cons:
No laundry soap and when messaged managers about it they just questioned if we missed seeing it. Did not offer to rectify.
Bathrooms were not well cleaned on arrival. Hair in tub.
No extra full sized garbage bags for the main garbage.
Hand soap watered down.
No dishwasher soap or tabs.
No bath mats.
Overall would probably stay again. Good value for the money. Just a couple of maintenance details would make it way better.

Could have been cleaner, I saw droppings in the corners and the windowsills
The living room wicker furniture was very uncomfortable and dirty
The tv in the guest bedroom wasn’t connected to anything (streaming, cable) so was useless

Property was fantastic, and the accommodations were excellent. Beach gear was an amazing addition. Cooked and ate in most mornings and lunch to save money for big dinners out. Overall very quiet and comfortable except for the random island roosters at 530, but thats inevitable, lol. The upstairs neighbors was a little noisy Saturday evening and early Sunday, but quiet the rest of the time. Overall great place, just bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper for the chickens.place, just

Fabulous location! 1 minute stroll to great snorkeling beach. Easy drive into town and to/from airport. Comfy condo for 2 couples. Nice little pool and spa. Would definitely stay here again. 😊

The condo was nice and was clean. Pool area was clean. Beware the geckos will take any opportunity to get into the condo, but they are harmless. A few minute walk from a good snotkeling beach and near to various shopping areas and restaurant.

This was the perfect base camp for exploring the big island with a young family. Incredibly close to a good beach spot with snorkeling. Also located nicely from a lot of the Kona & Captain Cool area sights.
The apartment is nice, there are extras that have been left by past guests (chairs, boogie boards, coolers). I especially appreciated having a lot of towels.
I will warn you that ground floor means some of the Hawaiian natives may find their way inside (lizards and bugs, and the mongoose on the patio might take advantage of an open door but thankfully we only saw it outside). Also, the apartment above apparently has tile floors which doesn’t do any favors as far as sound dampening goes.
That being said, everything was as expected and I would happily stay here again. Location is superb!

Had a wonderful 8 days in this unit. Very clean and manager was very good about returning calls. Had absolutely no problems just wanted to see if we could get in early and need trash bags. The unit served us well and the walk to the beach was only 2 minutes. We walked down every night to see the sunset. We would definitely come back to this location.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay right near snorkeling beach. You’re near downtown and near Captain cook. Bed was comfortable. Has everything you need to cook inside or bbq. Pool was cold. Hot tub was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Alot of millipeds. All over front bedroom and bathroom. Smoke alarm that started going off middle night. Difficulty disconnecting. Jad to climb up on a table no ladder and i have a total knee replacement.
