Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo had a great location. Near the pool, great lawn views, big and spacious. There are snorkels available, and our kids loved it.The condo was a bit aged. I was hoping for basic necessities, such as WiFi (we were never given any password), seasonings, or baking pans. The refrigerator had to be pushed all the way in to work, and air conditioner (all three) turned on to feel somewhat cool.

We had an amazing stay! The location is unbeatable and the property is very kid friendly. We enjoyed walking to the beach and having access to the resort. We will definitely come back.

Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this clean and well-equipped condo. We cook a lot while on vacation and this kitchen was well-supplied with the essentials. Coffee maker is a bit small so we just made 2 batches each morning. Freezer was ready with ice. Be prepared to bring all your own spices, coffee, salt/pepper, etc. Loved the quiet area and morning walks around the golf course were great. Short walk to the beaches at Turtle Bay and it was fun to take advantage of the resort coffee shops and high-end restaurants for a special night out.

Our family liked staying here. There was plenty of room for our family of six. It was close to the beach (Turtle Bay Resort) and lots of activities on the North Shore area. Things that would make it even more pleasant are softer pillows and master bed. Also, having enough toilet paper, paper towels, and washer detergent for the week for a family of six would have been great. Kitchen basics like Salt and Pepper and oil would be a bonus as well. We would absolutely stay here again. Super nice and so easy to reserve, check-in, and check out - so reasonably priced as well. Thank you for helping us have such a great family vacation.

Unit was clean, just outside of turtle bay resort. great for families with 3 sleeping areas. Suggested improvements : remove bird nest by bedroom window that woke us up at 6AM every morning :). Also, washer is old and requires to put something heavy on it to start. Beside that, all good !

Upstairs ceiling fan little noisy. Would’ve appreciated coffee to start off with since we arrive late in the evening. And also shampoo & conditioner in bathroom which we thought would be provided. Everything else like towels, beach chairs, well equipped kitchen were great!

We were looking forward to our stay at this condo, however, when we arrived, we found the place to be unclean, couch had a ton of wear and tear, kitchen and cookware was dirty, etc. We expected a better quality place for the price and advertisement.

We stayed at this condo for one week and had a marvelous time exploring the whole island. The condo slept six of us in comfortable beds and had all the supplies necessary for a marvelous trip. I would suggest buying more spoons but that was the only problem we had. Nice location on the North Shore and away from the crowds. We loved it!

I would highly recommend this estates to everyone because of its beauty and the location being close to our event. It was very family friendly and even the neighbors were very friendly that were next door visiting too about the same length of time as our ohana. The management is awesome and very accommodating to the request of our guest. Just a fantastic stay and would come back every chance that we are permitted too. (Checking on a excuse to return and build up our funds too.) Mahalo a nui loa and Aloha.
