Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property is located on the second floor, allowing for beautiful views of the beach/ocean. A quiet beachfront access point is just a few steps away from the property and there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great central location that's quiet and friendly if you are looking to hit lots of different parts of the island on your trip.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at HaleKai O Kehei 212. The unit has is clean and comfortable with a well furnished kitchen and a beautiful view of the ocean. Their is a small pool
We had a lovely 3 night stay in unit 212 at Hale Kai O Kehei. The unit was clean and comfortable and has beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equiped and there are several places to eat (including Home Maid Bakery with malasadas) and a well stocked grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk. There was a small 'goodie' package waiting for us which was much appreciated! There is a small pool, but not really a place where you would hang out. We walked the beach and saw turtles hauled out for a rest. Mahalo for the use of the unit!

The apartment (212) was quite unique from the location, directly on the beach on the 1st floor with an incredible view of the Pacific with its fantastic sunset. The apartment was super clean. Everything was available from extra beach towels to detergent for the washing machine. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Access to the beach was directly through the palm garden and you could watch turtles every evening as they migrate from the sea to land. Unique and absolutely recommendable.
The agency organized everything very well. Advance mails about the booking, how to get to the accommodation, from when access is possible and which PIN code is needed for the door up to the WLAN password everything was sent promptly.

Great place- 5 stars all the way around. The place was clean, the location was great, and the condo was overall pretty much what was represented! My only complaints are that the parking lot filled up quickly in the evenings, and there is ALOT of morning sun in the condo.
