There’s nothing I loved 🙁
Didn’t have Wi-Fi for 2 days, the Wi-Fi provided was changed?
TV was on no signal…no TV for 2 days..after 2 days thank goodness manager came over and fixed it.
There were no sheets available for the sofa bed? Really? After 1st day someone came and dropped off when I was out.
I couldn’t talk to anyone on my phone, the connection was terrible.
Only 1 good thing…landline phone was available and worked so I could call and talk to Vacasa for HELP!!
Tammi at Vacasa was a great help…
I spent alot of time calling and texting for help for 2 days…expected better!
Very frustrating as you can image…

Vacasa service was wonderful. A simple phone call helped both with a minor reservation issue before our trip, and on the day that the wifi went out. We were, however, disappointed with the unit. Stained carpets and bed coverings, mascara stains on the hand towels, mattress that was creepy soft and sagging, bed pillows that were old and hard, bath tub old and stained, counter tops cracked and broken, air conditioning units old and noisy and were ultimately unplugged because it would not turn off and other items. Not at all what the photos show.
