Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The grounds and complex was modern and clean. The residence was only a short distance to local shops and beach. Conveniently located to the airport and supermarkets. The pool and hottub were kept in great shape.

We had a great stay in K203 , the property manager was great. The unit was a step back to the 90’s in style and decor but still nice.

The pools are maintained everyday! Location is fantastic. The unit’s bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The rugs need to be cleaned. The bathroom mats were dingy looking. They need new ones. Overall, if they clean the rugs and replace the bathroom mats it would be much better.

This was a great place to stay on our trip to Maui. Condo is towards the back of the complex but overlooks a nice pool, with a view of palms, and was very quiet. Lots of birds in the mornings. Within walking distance to several beaches and restaurants. Three different lanais, a/c and fans to keep it cool inside, and everything in the condo was good— nice showers, easy kitchen, comfortable beds. We hope to visit again soon!

Loved this centrally located and quiet location. If you want access during the day and quiet during the night this is your place. Three balconies give everyone some outdoor space.

This condo was in a great location within walking distance of Kamaole Beach III. It had wonderful beach toys (snorkel, flippers). They also provided beach towels and some good essentials. The furnishings were nice, the carpet was comfy, and the accommodations were so comfortable. Unfortunately, the TV in the living room was not Netflix friendly. Other than that, the condo was spacious and airy. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is a 15 minute walk to the beach. The condo is spacious and clean. There are no frill amenities, just the items you need. The patio was huge and facilities were well maintained. We will definitely return.
