Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was just what we wanted: great views and proximity to beaches but without the congestion.
A little updating would be nice to bring it into the 21st century .The TV set up is really confounding.
Two things that would help to improve the experience would be a new couch. It really is sagged in the middle and worn out. The other is a maintenance suggestion: the bathroom lights use bulbs that get really HOT. Also the ceiling fan switch in bedroom is hard to turn and feels worn.

Clean and pleasant ; however the dryer turned on by itself maybe? Unless the repairman came while we were out. (We were notified that a repairman would be coming but asked that we be told prior to his arrival.) also even though this is a no smoking facility there was cigarette smoke smell out on our balcony often. It wafted into the condo.

We very much enjoyed the condo- the bed is incredibly comfortable and lots of extra blankets available, we like the weight of them for good sleeping. Only improvement would be new couch the center is very worn and when sitting on sides falls into the middle. Location is great and waterfront view is incredible!! Look forward to another trip. Thank you!!

We opened the two large sliding glass doors in the living room and the view is directly onto the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with the large table and comfortable chairs enjoying the sunsets. The beach is literally just below the balcony, you could not be any closer. The bed was very comfortable, a little on the firm side with a nice plush top - just the way we like it. Well equipped. Appreciated the washer drier en-suite. The kitchen is functional but a bit dated includes a dishwasher. Easy check in and easily available parking int he lot in front of the building. The location in Kihei is very central for access to all parts of the ideal. Would stay again.

Insanely relaxing. Perfect spot to watch the sunset without going to a crowded restaurant. Somewhat isolated if you don’t love long walks on the beach.

The oceanfront was our favorite part. Sunsets were brilliant and the moon glowing on the water was mesmerizing.

I appreciated the phone call from Vacasa and texts to welcome me and then to check in and see how everything was going. I also appreciated the Welcome Bag of local treats!

This is a nice unit for two people, fronting directly on Sugar Beach and high up enough (5th floor) for great sunset views. We saw whales in the bay directly several times, maybe a few hundred feet offshore. The apartment has all the basics -- our main suggestions are to replace the sliding screen doors to the balcony, which were bent and hard to slide on track, and provide instructions for working the living room TV/video system, which took us a while to figure out. All good otherwise.

Loved the location, bd was comfortable. Did not love the filthy floors, the no A/C and the extreme need of updating.
