Our condo is perfect for a honeymoon stay or romantic getaway with a gorgeous garden view and air conditioning! The condo features a king bed, small dining table and chairs with additional seating and table on the lanai. The bathroom divided between the sink and the toilet/shower area. The kitchen features a refrigerator, cook top, stove, sink and many useful small kitchen appliances, like a coffee maker, so you can prepare your own meals if you wish.
The condo grounds features a lovely onsite pool, BBQ area and gorgeous gardens with a koi pond.
The location of the condo is perfect for morning walks to Lawai Beach, Baby Beach or The Spouting Horn. Just a couple minute drive or a 10 minute walk and you will be at the Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center with boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries, plus a Wednesday's Farmers Market. A drug store and small supermarket are also nearby.
Another fun spot near the condo is Old Koloa Town, which is just a short 5 minute drive. Quaint, old plantation buildings have been carefully renovated and restored and are now home to unique shops and restaurants.
If golf is more your idea of fun, there are two golf courses very close by. Choose between the Kiahuna Golf Club and the Poipu Bay Golf Course.

- Wants an updated location that is clean
- Is looking to be close to the beach, shave ice, sea turtles and snorkeling

- a great price for everything you are getting
- excellent communication with the owner, they helped us troubleshoot a problem from afar
- It's really clean
If we were coming back to Kauai and looking to emphasize a vacation on the most cost affordable lodging that is also nice, this would be #1 for us.

Our stay at this beachside condo in Kauai was an absolute dream! The unit was spotless, with every supply we could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to beach gear – making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The units location was perfectly private, offering the serene getaway we hoped for. We had a wonderful time exploring the island’s beauty. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, birds and enjoying our morning coffee with those lovely tradewinds was unforgettable. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a peaceful and well-prepared escape in paradise!

The pictures do not do this property justice...it's high quality, attention to detail, utilization of space is PERFECT for a get away! The owners provided beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella and a cooler for those traveling; these were unexpected, but well utilized accommodations! Thank you, thank you!

Excellent location just across from superb snorkelling last Lawai beach. The unity had a recent renovation and was very comfortable. Could do with a safe for valuables and only had 1 beach tome. Otherwise was excellent and good value

This condo was right across the parking garage so it was convenient to bring in/out your luggage. Loved the keyless entry which was so convenient and no worries about lost keys. Everything looked new and clean. The kitchen had everything from dishes to pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc. and Ziploc bags.The condo layout made the most of the space. I loved my breakfast on the lanai where I could look at the flowers. I loved walking in the garden with so many varieties of orchids, other plants and flowers. It is a short drive away from Poipu Beach, Spouting Horn, Allerton Gardens and shopping center and restaurants. There’s a restaurant across the street but you need to make reservations. The lawn and seawall was great for watching sunset.

The place we stayed at was very clean, all the furnishings were brand new and it was a very short walking distance away from a beautiful beach and a short drive away from Poipu beach. Highly recommend!

The condo is totally adorable with a kitchen that rivals a full sized apartment. The unit is exactly as advertised and the location was perfect for us. It is quiet and very peaceful. We were across the street from a great little beach and lucky to be there to see a boogie board competition. I would highly recommend the Sueoka market in Koloa for groceries. It is within a 5 minute drive and has a nice selection for most anything you may need at reasonable prices. Also, the town has some great shops and eateries. Then there are the shops at Kukuiula with some fine dining options and more upscale shopping. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Prince Kuhio#236.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was very comfortable and so close to a great snorkeling spot! The Poipu and Koloa area are so fun to explore. Gotta love the rooster wake up calls!

This place was great! We loved our time here! It was very well kept and perfect location!! Amazing getaway. Its like a little piece of paradise!! So close to several beaches. My only complaint would be the parking garage. Very small parking spaces but other than that no complaints at all!!
