ALOHA! The Kailua Bliss Beach House is a casual and relaxed beach house in the quiet Beachside neighborhood in Kailua, located on a private street, 1 house from the white sands of Kailua beach (Private beach gate is located adjacent to our property and the house is less than 350 feet to the beach). Our central Kailua Beach location allows access to a mile of Dr. Beach's No. 1 US-rated beach in each direction.
With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, plus a family/game room, this remodeled 'beach-chic' family-friendly property has a large swimming pool and game room providing a fun play area for kids of all ages. Extensive remodel, inside and out, was completed including new furniture, high speed wireless internet, flat screen HDTVs, hardwood and natural stone flooring, air conditioned bedrooms, modern kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms.
There are 2 large furnished patios, one upstairs with a beautiful mauka (mountain) view perfect for breakfasts and star gazing at night and one downstairs outside the game room/family room, and one deck upstairs with makai (ocean) views to enjoy the cool ocean breeze.
It's equipped with many extra amenities such as:
-Air conditioning in all bedrooms and downstairs TV/Game room: Quiet ductless A/C
-TV/GAME ROOM: with air hockey, video games, and large variety of board and card games. Convenient wet bar for easy access to hot popcorn and snacks

-Modern open kitchen with Viking dual fuel (gas top and electric oven) range and quartz counters
-Kitchen is fully-equipped with coffee makers (drip, Keurig, and pour-over) & coffee grinder, rice cooker, pots and pans, Vitamix blender, electric griddler for pancakes, electric waffle maker, and so much more!
-Ample supply of dishes and utensils (30 sets of each) for large groups
-Beach gear including beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, kids’ sand toys, and a beach wagon to carry all the gear down to the beach. Pool toys and electric air pump for inflatables.
-Flatscreen HDTVs in each bedroom, living room, and family room with Netflix and 150+ cable channels
-iPod/iPhone docking station/alarm clock in each bedroom
-Portable splash-proof bluetooth speaker
-In-room safes in each bedroom

-Large pool with chaise lounges. Mesh pool safety fencing will be installed if there are young children in your group.
Please be aware that the Kailua Bliss Beach House sits on a sand dune above the street, so in addition to it being a 2-story house with stairs, there are also 10 steps to get to the main house from the street or garage. Bedroom #4 is a private suite and while it is attached to the main house, it can ONLY be accessed through an exterior breezeway entrance which may not be ideal for younger children.

The home is located at the end of a private road with access to a beautiful little path to Kialua beach. The home was immaculate, tastefully furnished, and maintained to a standard I have not seen at other VRBOs. The owners are detail-minded and it shows.
-outdoor shower (which we used several times/day)
-beautiful pool
-highly maintained grounds
-high-end furniture and bedding
-brand new wood floors in main living area and travertine floors in kitchen and bath
-high-end kitchen appliances
I could go on, you get the idea. One more thing, the layout of the home is perfect. It's something not captured in the VRBO post.

Extremely well-managed, stocked, and gorgeous property for your Hawaii vacation. Don't hesitate-the best place we've ever stayed with VRBO. Every detail has been considered and perfect doesn't say enough. Misty was super on top of everything and gave us great suggestions-she is awesome.
Loved the beach-it is literally one house away, kayaking to the Moks, rented bikes for the week, hiked the Pillbox and just had a great overall time with our family. Everything is new and so nice in the house-they had so many treats for us upon arrival, flowers and food. Just loved it all. Can't wait to come back. Mahalo!

Beautiful home, and so well-appointed - Sasha thought of everything, from extra bath and laundry soaps, to movie-watching snacks and even a "Welcome" sign and homemade muffins upon our arrival. Wow! We were wanting for nothing. The outdoor space is awesome, including the private walled-in pool and fire-pit patio. The beach path is a few moment's walk to the most amazing stretch of oceanfront we've ever experienced. All the beach necessities are in the garage for you, including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a wagon to carry it all to the beach. Can't say enough about how 'Amazing' this Kailua Beach House is!

We had the most wonderful week. Sasha thought of everything. From setting up baby gates for the toddler we had with us, to special gifts for the kiddos, to just every thoughtful accommodation you could think of (sound machines in the bedrooms, kids channels already set up on Netflix, and so much more). The property was beautiful and exactly how it appears in the pictures. We loved the sunrise every morning and pool time every day. An incredible place to relax on your vacation. We stayed a little over a week in this truly “amazing” beach house and it was heavenly. We were 4 adult couples and the lay out of the house was perfect as we all had our own bathrooms and the two levels added more space and privacy. Grandchildren came over and the playroom downstairs for a five year old was Disneyland and would be even more perfect for older kids with the air hockey and football games. Everything about this house was perfectly thought out to make your stay effortless down to every detail, beach bags in each closet and an umbrella, every kitchen tool you could possibly want and laundry. Would definitely pack less on next visit. Of course the icing on the cake is the short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Kailua and a beautiful private pool with an outdoor shower. I could go on and on but I think you are getting the picture it’s “AMAZING “ would love to back some day real soon.
