The communication from the property management team was so friendly and helpful leading up to our arrival. They called a few days before to confirm information and answer any questions we had. We also received a link to information about our suite and the property which was extremely helpful. We had two units in the Konea tower. Both were well appointed and well stocked with everything we needed. We were also provided a pack-n-play and high chair for my 2 year old which were in the room before we arrived. We used both the grill on the balcony and the range for dinners. One of the best and unexpected features were all the toys in the ocean front suite which my daughter found immediately and was in absolute heaven playing with all the new toys. As for the resort, it had everything you need. We had lunch from Duke’s almost every day. Highly recommend the coconut shrimp. We had breakfast and dinner there once as well. All the food and drinks were excellent. We reserved a cabana by the pool which was so nice to have a designated spot in the shade that we could utilize for the busier times of the day. This is an added cost and seems they book quickly so if you think you’ll want one, book out as soon as possible. Cabanas 5 and 6 are the closest to Duke’s and the kids pool area if you have littles or want easy access to beverages. The ladies in our party also enjoyed a morning at the spa which was excellent. The access to Ka’anapali beach is unbeatable. We went down to the water every single day. The sea turtles put on quite a show one of the days we were there. The suite came with beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers that can be used at your discretion. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will be back.
