The Watermark building is located just across from the Ala Wai Canal, on a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic. My husband and I stayed here for 2 months in early 2022. We were very disappointed in this unit. It is the WORST maintained and furnished VRBO or AirB&B we have stayed in for the last 12 years. This unit is in great need of long term maintenance and cleaning. The furniture is dirty and stained. The couch is a fold our futon type bed and very uncomfortable. The apartment supposedly "sleeps six", but there are only 4 chairs at the dining room table. And they are dirty and stained also. The living room area rug was extremely dirty and had no pad so it kept slipping all around. The lanai is huge but there was not even a chaise lounge. Only one small sized outdoor table with two chairs that were uncomfortable because they badly needed new seat cushions. The kitchen had no blender or mixer, which I asked for but never received. Also there are no baking pans, or dishes to cook with in the microwave. The major appliances are old and there were no user manuals which made it hard in the beginning of our 2 month stay. But, on the positive side, the management company did respond quickly when we reported a leaky toilet and a leaking kitchen faucet. This unit is in a beautiful building in one of the best parts of Waikiki/Honolulu. The grounds and the pool are spectacularly landscaped. The resident 24 hour front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. To sum up our experience, we felt it was extremely overpriced for the condition and furnishings.

Really enjoyed staying here! This place is very well stocked and has everything in the kitchen and closets for a long term stay. It is close enough to the ocean to feel and smell the ocean breeze, and is close to the attractions yet quiet. The furniture was modern and minimalistic. We enjoyed eating outside on the lanai. Would stay here again!
