Pros:
-5 minute walk to the beach
-Easy keyless entry access
-Bbq grill
Cons:
-Only 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper provided (even airport had 2 ply and was softer!)
-Extremely loud toilet after flushing and water tank refilling
-If the BBQ tank is low/empty renter has to pay for refill, not condo assoc
