This is a great property! Very close to Poipu and Brennecke Beach, about 10 minutes to Koloa. Maybe 40 feet from the pool. We have stayed in this complex twice now and we were happy this one has AC… the bedrooms are downstairs without much air flow and depending on the time of year can get pretty hot and stuffy. The only thing we wished it had was a bathroom upstairs but that’s absolutely not a dealbreaker for a future trip. We would stay here again!

The location is fantastic, the view is epic! The photos don’t even do it justice.
One thing that I wish I had known ahead of time is that all the doors on the lower floor are louvered, meaning any sound that occurs in the bedrooms or bathrooms is entirely audible to anyone else in the unit. I know that this is a common thing in tropical climates and is needed for airflow. This is certainly not the only rental in Hawaii with these doors. It definitely changed the dynamic of our stay, we have a new level of intimacy in our friendships. 😜

We enjoyed the unit - and the location. But the AC didn’t work properly. We reached out - got an answering service. Were told the next day that we weren’t using them properly- as if we’d never used ac or split units before. We also had trouble finding the unit and parking since the rental agency overlooked sending us the address that GPS could use.

Kauai is paradise! We island hopped and Kauai was our second island. We didn’t stay long enough. The island and property are breathtaking. The property is clean, modern, spacious, and has stunning views of the ocean and pool all while being walking distance to beaches and some restaurants. We will be back!

We would gladly choose this place again. It's conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, all within a short walk or a 5-10 minute drive. The property was immaculate, the kitchen was fully equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it stocked with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and boogie boards! Communication was prompt and useful.

The condo is close to the beach, the turtles & seals are just a short walk away.
The condo is well equipped with beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and boogie boards.
We had everything we needed for a great week on the south side.

Condominium and grounds including pool bbq tennis courts was beautifully maintained
Parrish staff and on site manager were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location to poipou beach and benecke for puka dogs or a meal fabulous Close to little fish coffee shop for açaí bowls…amazing
Surrounds shopping centers close. Food shopping was challenging compared to mainland but understandable given location.
The condo was a spacious 2 story layout kitchen well equipped. Nice to have in condo laundry so not necessary to bring a lot of clothing. Large deck to View whales from…amazing. the telephone wires and poles hampered a bit.
The doors to bedrooms were slatted so privacy limited. We were 2 couples away on vacay.
Beach chairs and umbrella provided which was nice since you are able to walk to beach. A few chairs need to be replaced. Over all we would definitely return

We had a wonderful stay at this property. For 2 of us, the condo was huge and we enjoyed having all the space. Everything was as described - the living room lanai looks over the pool and directly onto the ocean. We had heavenly sunsets, watched dolphins play, and enjoyed listening to the rain.
The host was super fast to respond with any concerns - our only was the door lock battery too low, but thankfully you have the spare key, so it wasn't an issue at all.
There is a beautiful beach a few minutes past poipu beach with the best snorkeling. You can enjoy sitting on the lawn on the corner restaurant and snacks from a little stand directly behind you.
I would highly recommend this condo!

This was a last minute change of plans vacation and we were not disappointed! It was our first trip to Kauai and this location could not be beat- close to sandy beaches, food, happy hours, walking paths and more. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. Our family enjoyed the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. Most nights we took in the sunset from the condo deck listening to the ocean. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. We also liked the option to cool the bedrooms with a little AC before sleeping but mostly opened the patio doors and windows to simply enjoy the breeze. We can’t wait to come back again.
