Step inside, and you will be spoiled by the natural light throughout, high-end furnishings, and coastal decor. After a full day at the beach, whip up a tasty dinner by the pool using the shared gas grills or whip up more complex recipes in the full kitchen complete with gorgeous countertops and all of the appliances and tools needed. Not to mention, chilling on the patio or the private balcony can be the perfect way to enjoy the sunset and finish each day on a relaxing note.
Perched alongside the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, you will be able to tee up in no time for a memorable round of 18, so bring your clubs along! If the sand is calling your name, Waikōloa Beach is just over a mile away where you can post up for a picnic on the shore, swim, or snorkel. Plus, when you want to grab a bite to eat or explore the local shops in town, you can make your way a mile to the main drag of the area.
THINGS TO KNOW
Irrigation work is underway and scheduled to complete by the end of April 2023. Buildings 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19 will be close to the construction. Expect associated noise and dust. Additional irrigation work will start in October or Nov of 2023, with no projected end date. Buildings 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 23 will be impacted.
The Makai pool will be closed for construction starting the second week of April 2023 and is expected to last until July.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We appreciated the personal touches and were impressed with the property overall. Everything was clean, and when we had a minor issue, management responded immediately even though it was early morning. I do wish that the building number was provided after booking, because we had trouble finding it.

The description and photos of the unit are carefully written to give the impression that there are no stairs. The unit is on the ground floor. The ENTRY is on the ground floor, but the bedrooms are on the second floor requiring a 25-stair climb up a double staircase. ONE PHOTO of 39 shows a tiny portion of a railing which can be a decorative feature or the landing of a staircase. An HONEST photo would show the railing and stairs clearly. A truly accurate photo would show the stairs clearly by shooting the whole first tier of the staircase.
The upstairs bedrooms' views could clearly show the second-floor view rather than being ambiguous as far as drop-off first floor vs. an actual second floor.
The no-stairs entry is a flat-out LIE, there is a stair up to the main floor.
There are two dangerous stairs from the kitchen to the dining room which are almost invisible.
VRBO BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE IS A FLAT-OUT LIE.
VRBO said the DOLLHOUSE VIEW IN THE VIRTUAL TOUR SHOWS THE STAIRCASE, THEREFORE NO MISREPRESENTATION AND NOT VRBO'S PROBLEM. VRBO carefully omits the LOCATION of the BEDROOMS as being on the second floor. The property description carefully omits any mention of a second floor.
