This location felt fairly private but within close walking distance to town. The rental was cute and just the right size. Perfect for a week trip to Kona.

The condo was nice enough. First floor meant we didn't have to haul luggage up or down stairs. The air conditioning was a savior. We had an easy walk down to Ali’i drive. Every night. We couldn't get the overhead fan to work. Needed more pillows and better bedside tables. We would consider staying here again.

Condo complex is within 10-15 min walk of shopping, beach, groceries, etc. and was very clean. Most other people in the condo complex are local people or temp workers so it felt like a residential area vs a resort which was fine by us ( condo is part of “Kailua Bay Resort”.) There’s a small pool but no garden areas to enjoy, stroll, or relax in, just a lot of paved parking lots. Condo was exceptionally clean which we really appreciated but it could use a few more items such as broom/dust pan, cheese grater, can/bottle opener, sieve/strainer. Indoor Chair and deck furniture not very comfortable but couch and bed were very comfortable. The property manager did not respond to our 3 emails but checking-in and out procedures were very easy. Neighborhood felt safe and relaxed.

Absolutely as advertised and perfectly clean. Location is a brisk but friendly walk to Kailua Village with the daily farmer's market and the collection of shops. Parking space is clearly marked and easily found. Just note that the arrival email references a lockbox that has now been replaced with easy to use digital locks--the fact that we arrived at dusk made it a bit challenging to find the front door but the Monika walked us right through the process over the phone. The A/C unit in the bedroom was GREAT (not all residences in the area have effective A/C especially in the bedroom.

This condo was a lovely stay for my husband and I. We have a dietary restriction so being able to prepare our own meals is a big deal. This kitchen was well equipped with both utensils but also condiments (salt/pepper/oils etc). Would absolutely recommend staying here again.

Nice place near many things in Kona. Really close to Captain Cook (Best snorkeling) and 2-Step. Also close to many dining options. Everything you need to cook meals is here too. There is a washer and dryer in unit too which was nice!

I had a great time at this apartment and found that it had all the essential things that I needed for a great stay. There was a minor issue with a cleaning aspect of the apartment, but the owners were super nice, very communicative, and took care of it immediately. I was rather pleased with the experience.

The condo was clean and spacious and the full kitchen was so nice to have. It’s located within walking distance (couple of blocks) to downtown shops, restaurants, and the farmers market. It was a great central location to see all of the landmarks and beaches on the Kona side of the island.
We arrived at night and had a little difficulty finding the building because there was no advanced communication with the management company who does the booking. They did not answer my questions or send a check in email until our second day already at the property. It ended up being very close to the designated parking spot just at the end of the lot and was easy access once we found it. The on site manager / owner Monika was very responsive however to a couple of quick questions we had via text after getting in and was very welcoming.
The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean and the local neighbors were very friendly. We had everything we needed here including extras like a boogie board and beach chairs. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again!

We liked the location- could easily walk to Ali’I Drive and yet it was very quiet and peaceful when in the condo. Bedroom is removed from living space which was great as I’m an early riser! I sent an email asking about laundry facilities before we arrived and got no response but otherwise communication was good. Plus, there was washer/dryer in the unit, so that was nice. The owners left some suggestions of restaurants and we checked out several- we especially enjoyed Gypsea Gelato and Magics Beach Grill. Overall, a wonderful trip!

Overall very nice vacation rental.
Was clean and we had a very good time!
I emailed the host a question a few days before the trip, and he never responded but it eneded up working out fine. Recommend to the host including kitchen towels for dishes and wash clothes for the bathroom and more towels for bathing....other then that the condo had everything you needed!
Would stay at this site again!
