Ideal for a single or couple, this 1 bed 1 bath condo is the perfect starting point no matter what your plans are. Located just a few minutes away from some of the best beaches, shopping and restaurants Kona has to offer.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV with a Roku player to access your personal streaming services. The portable AC and ceiling fan work together to provide comfortable conditions to get a good night's sleep. We've recently added a pair of nightstands with bed-side lamps for your convenience.
Relax on the big comfortable couch after a long day on the beach. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV. Please note: the television in the living room has been replaced with a larger one since the pictures were taken. Temperature control in this room is done by way of the window unit AC and ceiling fan.
The unit is equipped with a private lanai with enough seating for 4. Enjoy a mai tai while you take in the tropical night air.
As a guest at Kailua Bay Resort, you'll have access to the complex's pool and barbecue facilities. The unit has one assigned parking stall.
We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent.

Everything was great. Perfect location. Near pool and hot tub. Clean. Kitchen. Fridge. Spacious. Cozy. The bed was super comfy. Walking distance to tons!

We had a great stay at this condo. It had everything we needed. The condos outdoor common area was a great place to meet fellow travelers while swimming or bbqing. Management was quick and responsive on all questions and requests. The condo itself was fantastic - a/c, full kitchen, nice little patio.Would definately stay again.

The place was clean, however it was VERY DATED. There was a somewhat staleness in the air from being closed. We arrived late night. The bed was too soft and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, so loud in fact we had to turn it off. I called to express my concerns with the unit and was essentially met with minimal effort to help mitigate the situation. We did not stay.

This is a great location, very close to downtown Kona. The pictures define the condo very well. Only 4 stars due to the cons listed below. Easily fixable.
Pro:
Parking is very close to the condo.
Close to downtown, Safeway, Longs Drug and Walmart.
Bed was comfortable and the condo was clean.
Nice lanai with table and chairs.
Great to have a washer/dryer in the condo.
Kitchen fairly well stocked, could use a sharp knife and kitchen shears. Good set of dishes, coffee maker and air fryer.
TV in living room is huge but there is no cable vision, only streaming. TV in bedroom has a Roku device.
New towels in the bathroom, very nice.
Management very responsive to a call we made.
Con:
As noted above, the knives are not very sharp and no kitchen shears.
No bathroom soap or shampoo was provided.
We stayed 3 weeks and had 3 rolls of toilet paper provided. Not quite enough to get through the trip.
Only had one beach chair.
A little noisy but this isn't the fault of the condo, just close to town. Upstairs neighbors are heavy walkers but heard nothing from either side neighbors.
I would put a Roku device on the TV in the living room. I would also set it up to have a Guest mode so you can make sure your accounts are signed out when you leave. As it was, I was using a previous guest Netflix account and Roku account. They apparenly did not sign out when they left.
Bottom line is that I would stay again, overall pretty pleased with the place.
