As an end unit, there is an abundance of windows bringing in natural light and offering sit-down views from many vantage points. Fairway Villas is situated very close to several beaches only a short 5 to 15 minute drive away, depending on your desired activity (swimming, snorkeling, diving, etc). Wonderful condo for our 3 generation family vacation. The Queen and King shops were a delight with the Hula and FireDance shows. My girls loved that they didn’t have to share a bed.
The pool with the infinity wall was wonderful!! Never too cold, the other families were a delight, and the walk was a quick breeze.

We had five nights here and for the most part stayed fairly close to home. Youngest members of party weren't feeling well so this was a slower time for all of us. The girls enjoyed watching the mongoose and other wild creatures around here...as did we all. Even saw some turkeys. And it was enjoyable watching those who were golfing. A beautiful place! Thank you.

This Townhome is nicely furnished and is in a quiet location. It is walking distance to the Kings and Queens shopping malls, restaurants and stores. It's centrally located for Westside activities. We'll be back!

Location 5 stars, pool 5 stars, check-in 5 stars, size of unit 5 stars, but only two stars for cleanliness and overall condition of this unit. Prior to finalizing, I had reached out to the management company and asked if the photo's were current. I have an email saying yes, the photos are current~ I call BS on that one! I have photos to prove differently. Not only was the unit not properly cleaned, it's dated, needs repairs, updating, painting, new carpets, etc. The air/heating vents appear to be rusting, the ceiling fans had dark dirty blade rims and dispersed dust when turned on! The restroom floor mats are old and dirty, as were the carpets. The walls & floorboards are damaged and in need of repairs & painting, there is a see through crack in the front door! It's an electric stove, but the temp numbers around the knobs had worn off which made use much harder. Clearly these photos do not properly represent the current condition of this unit~ I'd be happy to rent in FairWay Villas again, just not this unit!

A very comfortable and roomy space. It has been well used but it is lovingly cared for. Great views of both sunrise and sunset. The infinity pool is sublime.

There was a group of us traveling for Lavaman and this place was perfect. The location was ideal, the condo was clean and comfortable and checkin and checkout were very easy. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Loved the space and the bathrooms to adjoining bedrooms. Location was just right and it was very quiet. The pictures on the site are a bit misleading; this is a dated home but we understand will be undergoing renovations in March 2023. They are badly needed. The two paisley chairs in the living room are very badly stained and worn as is the carpet throughout. It could have been much cleaner and the kitchen cutlery was a bit skimpy. We reported light bulb outages and did have one visit from FIrst Realty rep.but it was not resolved for our visit (but I will say that we said it was not huge problem for us at the time.) Hopefully post renovations this will be a more modern and cleaner rental.

Being a Hawaii resident, I have stayed in numerous condos in the various Kohala coast resorts, and this was one of the best. Well appointed, very clean, and perfectly located for walking to everything. Being an end unit, it also provider added privacy. The property managers were very communicative and made the whole in/out process seamless. I highly recommend.
My only recommendation - buy a spatula for the kitchen.

This place was perfect for our family of 4, very comfortable, outfitted with everything we needed, ranging from kitchen supplies to beach gear. The condo is very private with beautiful golf course views and within walking distance of shops and the beach.
