Kapalua Ridge Villa 2622 is a high end 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Enjoy privacy as well as panoramic views. The expansive lanai is the perfect spot to wind down with a mai tai and take in those sunsets. Step inside to enjoy the bright and airy main living area. Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings throughout the villa provide an elegant yet laid back feel to help you relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. Window AC and ceiling fans throughout will help keep things cool after a day in the sun. The European designed kitchen featuring high end appliances is the perfect space to cook all your meals if you don't want to eat out. But if you do, we recommend The Sea House and Merriman's which are a 10-15 minute walk away! Please note that this condo is located on the second floor, and there are no elevators at this property
The serene and tranquil master bedroom, located on the second floor of the Villa, features a King size bed, an en suite bathroom and sweeping views. Enjoy your own private lanai access, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The master bathroom is beautifully updated as well; featuring dual sinks, and a massive walk in shower. **Note there is a small tub in the master bathroom, but it it not operational at the moment, apologies! Additional guests can be accommodated downstairs as there is a Queen pull out sofa sleeper and another full bathroom. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
The Ridge Villas are located in the heart of world-class Kapalua with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Honolua Bay and more! Enjoy many wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just steps from the villa. This property features two swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. There is plenty of free parking and there are no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore; all within walking distance you can enjoy the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking trail.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. We stayed here for a few days before getting married here in Kapalua, the condo is wonderful with the cute 2 level split and wonderful views! We are frequent visitors of the Kapalua villas and this unit is definitely lovely like the others available . There are pros and cons but overall a very good stay and the condo provided everything we needed for the trip. The top highlights are: amazing ocean views, Easy check-in and the bed was very comfortable! The cons: the tub was not usable! Bedroom gets great morning lights but didn’t not have dark enough shade option (for any late sleepers) and the kitchen lacked some proper tools for really cooking but simple stuff is doable.
Would love to stay here again when the tub is fixed, really a shame as we really looked forward to this amenity but wasn’t told about the unavailability.

The Ridge in Kapalua is a very well kept secret. We had use of the Montage and Ritz Carltons pools and beaches. The condo is perfect for two adults. The price was Terrific for what we got. So much to do around there. We will be back.

My husband and I loved staying here! The view from the bedroom is absolutely incredible. We loved being near the golf course and we were only a short walk from the beach. Definitely would recommend!

Property and stay were ok, nothing was so bad that I wouldn’t recommend staying here..just a few things that were disappointing for the prices. Some updates are definitely needed, as we had a few issues with older appliances. There was easy communication with property manager and the view was great. Also would add that there is no bedroom door, so that was difficult with a little one who needed to sleep. Overall the experience was okay! However for the price I will probably look elsewhere next time.

The property was very nice and everything was smooth during our stay.
High end appliances and well stocked kitchen. The views from both levels are amazing!
Do be aware that there are about 20 stairs from the parking to the unit, but the unit is great and worth it!

Beautiful views, great bed, comfortable furniture, pool so nice and just across the driveway. Needs a new front door light, hard to find in the dark. Twenty one steps up good exercise but not if you have heavy luggage. Nice restaurants nearby but hard to get a reservation. Loved this place, management company very communicative, unit very clean.

This particular Ridge unit has one of the best views on Maui, especially from the second floor bedroom. The kitchen has fantastic appliances, and the rest of the unit is very nice.
Overall I found it a convenient and great place to stay in Kapalua.

We absolutely loved our time at the villa. It was an easy walk to the Ritz and Montage where we enjoyed snorkeling, jumping in waves, quieter beaches and fun beach bars. We looked at other units in the complex and most are outdated compared to this unit. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again - soon!
