My husband and I enjoyed the gorgeous views and warm breezes from the very private lanai that this condo offers.
The location is easy and convenient to town with shopping and dining near by.
The pool and grounds are also private and beautiful!

This is a great condo in a perfect location. Close to beaches, snorkeling, grocery store and downtown Kona-Kailua.
The view from the lanai and the sound of the waves rolling into the lava reef are impressive. Awesome sunsets. The condo is well equipped. Thank you for the goodies. The cookies and pineapple were delicious and appreciated the flavored Kcups.
We appreciated the chairs and cooler. We brought our own snorkeling equipment and used it frequently at the close by beach. The highlight we would recommend is snorkeling with the Manta Rays and a snorkeling trip to Captain Cook monument. Of course, a trip to Volcano National Park and the waterfalls at Hilo. So much to see and do in Kona and Hilo we were glad we booked 10 nights. Unfortunately the appliances could be upgraded especially the dishwasher (so much rust) and the laundry facilities could be cleaner as someone else previously mentioned.

This was a perfect spot. It was great to be right in the water and hear the ocean all night. Condo was very clean. Location is further away from downtown Kona- 15-20 drive, but we appreciate to be away from crowds. Grocery store just up the hill.
