This unit is on the top floor in the building that is accessed easily by stairs or elevator. Vacationers will enjoy the closest walk to nearby Charlie Young and Kamaole beaches for swimming, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, surfing and beach walking. Unit provides Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels with a cooler that will complement your beach experience. Unique to this unit are two side by side parking places which easily can accommodate a full-size utility vehicle or two compact size vehicles. There really isn’t a need for a guest to book two vehicles as most everything imaginable is within walking distance, including grocery, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Central to the South Kihei area, this unit is also a short drive to Wailea and international renowned golf courses.
The en-suite master bedroom and bathroom provide a gorgeous tiled glass walk in shower with built in craftsman maple wood closet organizers. The second bedroom suite embraces an ocean view and also includes a tiled tub/shower combination. The complex provides guests a swimming pool, hot tub and gas BBQ picnic area with several grills.
This unit is a non-smoking unit. No smoking allowed in the unit or on Lanai. However, there are 2 designated smoking areas.

The condo is close to several beaches and restaurants. Easy walk. Host was excellent at communicating and making sure everything was OK. Definitely would stay at this location again.

You can’t get much better than this location - you can walk to restaurants, shops and the beach across the street! Communication was really easy and I received very quick responses! Would stay again.

Lisa's condo was in a great location and was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication was great! We walked across the street and had morning coffee on the beach every morning before our adventures. Mahalo Lisa!! Aloha

This place was an amazing stay with an even more amazing host. So communicative and always prompt with responses. Place was made available for early check in when she saw we arrived early and everything was top notch clean. The cupboards are always stuffed with random goodies and it was cherry on top with all the beach equipment needed for a day trip across the street. Would love to stay here again!

The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was wonderful to stay at. Beautiful view of the ocean and (I think) the island of Lanai, could even see a part of Haleakala from the balcony. Very clean and had all the tools and appliances. Owner very well organized and will communicate efficiently.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The description listed was accurate, parking was a breeze and close to the unit, and the unit had everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very prompt to answering my questions. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kihei.

We were kinda disappointed regarding TV’s in each bedrooms. We thought that there was a TV on each room. Also the construction area besides the condo was some kind noisy in the morning around 6:30-7am. This was not on the website. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant and relaxing.
