We provide boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and cooler for your groceries or use at the beach. Included are Cable TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and free parking. Sea Village is a 5-minute car ride away from beaches such as White Sands Beach and world class snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will also find Sea Turtles. Head South out of Kona and you will find yourself in Kona Coffee Country where you'll find Kona coffee plantations. Visit Pu'uhonua o Honauna (also called The Place of Refuge), Volcanoes National Park, and if you go to Hilo don't miss Big Island Candies and their wonderful chocolate dipped shortbread. Championship Golf Courses and deep sea charter fishing tours are also nearby.
The Sea Village s well is an immaculately maintained property and has one of the best reputations in town, having a wonderful walk-able location and beautiful amenities, including an oceanfront pool and hot tub. We are committed to clean energy by utilizing the Hawaiian sun with a photovoltaic system that powers the pool and spa, as well as common area and garden lights. Recycling is also conveniently located on site to all the guests.
The last volcanic activity was 2018 was the Kilauea Volcano eruption. In 2022, Mauna Kea eruption. The activity has ceased in the last year and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park has re-opened for guests. Highly recommend a trip to the park and the volcano house. Highly educational and the view of the Kilauea Caldera is awesome!

The unit is clean, updated, and well stocked including what you need for the beach. The listing is accurate and the pictures do it justice. The owners are responsive and great to work with. It’s location on Ali’i Drive near Kailua Village make it ideal. Sea Village is well maintained. Views of the harbor and sunsets can’t be beat

Our first impression was the condo was even nicer than it appeared online.
It contained everything we needed for our weeklong stay.
We particularly enjoyed the views and the location, since we could easily walk into Kona for food or shopping.
It was really nice to have the pool, since the surf was quite high on most of the days of our stay.
The Murphy bed was useful and comfortable for one member of our party.
We would happily return again.
This was our first trip to the Big Island and there’s much more to see than we could do in a week.

We had a wonderful stay at this colorful condo. It was spotless, had stunning views, a well-maintained complex and was in a great location. Our daughter slept great in the Murphy bed under the floor fan. She raced to the pool every afternoon to meet new friends. Very family-friendly community with lots of kids and grandparents. My husband couldn’t get enough of Green Flash Coffee. I enjoyed reading on the lanai, watching the sunset and listening to the waves crash on the sea wall. There were a few baby ants in the kitchen, so we stored everything in the fridge. Friendly and responsive owner. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a lovely time staying at this condo. Appreciated all the amenities within the condo, for example, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. Loved having snorkel gear and beach chairs available as well. The condo had a great view of the ocean and we took advantage of the patio daily. Would definitely recommend staying here.
