Part of the Kuilima Estates East community, this tastefully designed unit comes with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and offers 785 interior square feet of space for your enjoyment. The property was named Plumeria Tree Hale (house) for the beautiful Plumeria Tree that sits directly in front of the unit. The spacious interior sleeps four (4) guests with one (1) king bed and one (1) sleeper sofa. You are provided one (1) dedicated parking stall with additional guest parking should you have visitors. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare on-site meals, washer/dryer for laundry, ceiling fans in all living spaces and air conditioning should you need to cool down after a long day at the beach.
Guests have the option to stay within the gated Kuilima Estates East complex and enjoy the community pool, BBQ area, tennis court, and gazebo. Or located just a short stroll away, Turtle Bay Resort (newly renovated as of July 1, 2021) offers a selection of dining options, day spa services, helicopter tours, horseback riding, surfing lessons and world-class golf with two (2) exceptional 18-hole courses: Arnold Palmer and George Fazio.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having the option of the pool nearby. You really can’t beat the location either. You can literally walk to the nearby beaches and Turtle Bay Resort. Waimea Bay and Haleiwa were a short drive away. There were yummy restaurants and food trucks nearby as well. If you are planning on staying on the Northshore, I highly recommend staying at the Hale Plumeria Tree Condo.

Everything was perfect until checkout. Cleaning knocks on the door ten mins to 11. I tell them we are not ready and it’s not 11 yet. At 11:02 another guy shows up as we are gathering our suitcases and tells us we need to get out because they need our parking space! I’m sorry but to get the bums rush like that was very disappointing. Normally you get a ten minute grace period. We were in our car at 11:06 so for them to be so pushy and rude was ridiculous to me.

We really enjoyed staying this condo second times. A great location, quiet and relaxing vacation home feeling!! Washing machine was broken during our stay but overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Well equipped. We were just two and I think it would be very crowded for 4. No place to hang wet towels and bathing suits. This was a serious lack for just us 2. In-house rules were very clear and well written. Finding the unit and parking spot was a bit difficult, but once we were there, it was fine.

I was nervous after I made my reservation, I started to hear so many stories of scams and properties that weren't accurately described. But our experience here was wonderful.
I stayed with my husband and our daughter. The unit was cleaned, furnished well, and had many extras that made our stay so nice. It was stocked with toilet paper, soap, new dish sponge, paper towels, laundry detergent and more. It has a fully stocked kitchen with blender, toaster, slow cooker, etc. The air conditioning units made it so comfortable. We loved having a washer and dryer during our stay. My daughter slept on the sofa bed, and she did say that it wasn't very comfortable, but the bedding and towels were great.
There were also beach toys and supplies, and beach towels. The community pool was nice, and the grounds are beautiful. The property management company was so good to work with. The location is nice - close to Laie where we spent a good portion of time, and all the other great spots on the North Shore. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property to stay at. It is in a quiet gated community very close to the beach and sits on the golf course. It is in a great location making it easy to visit all the sites we wanted to see while there. Check in process is easy with gate and door codes. It had all the amenities we needed and was clean and comfortable with a/c in the main area and bedroom. The host was very responsive and was very kind to bring us something we had left behind after we had checked out. His nice gesture ended up saving us about 3 hours of extra driving as we had gotten to Honolulu when we realized we had left something! I would recommend staying here!

Close enough to walk to Turtle Bay Resort. Beautiful grounds and property. More than enough room for our family of four. Unfortunately the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, you can feel all the bars, would not recommend sleeping on the sofa bed.

The condo was in a perfect location, walking distance to Turtle Bay resort. Our only concerns were that the washer and the towels had a musty smell. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay.
