• Beginning January 1, 2022, guests will be asked to check in at the front desk between the hours of 8:00 am until 8:00 pm to pay for parking and receive a parking permit. The fee is $10/day+ tax. February 2, 2023 parking will increase to $15 a day starting on March 1, 2023.
Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Plenty of fine dining and family-friendly restaurants are within walking distance from the Royal Kahana. If you prefer a stay-at-home meal, BBQ right on onsite or enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities right at your fingertips. In less than a 5minute walk, enjoy Maui Brewing Company’s locally made beer (and root beer!) along with a fantastic menu. Dollies Pub and Café and Miso Phat are just across the street and also offer tasty cuisine. The unit was exactly as described in the VRBO listing. Actually the ocean views were better than expected. The accommodations had everything we needed and the pool area was nice, clean and plenty of chairs available.

Bathroom does not have exhaust and hence running dryer or bathing would build up moisture on the ceiling. Not a great beach view as the apartment is located little behind. Otherwise rest all are ok.

Kahana is a very mellow little spot not in West Maui and Royal Khana 602 was a perfect home base for exploring the rest of the island and/or just relaxing by the pool and the beach.

Was very easy process for check in although was a little strange we needed a plunger and the front desk wasn’t able to provide it because the rental is a private rental other than that everything was great. When I contacted the office for help the sent maintenance right away.

The unit was nice and reported problems were swiftly and competently taken care of by the Sullivan staff. Nice people to work with. My husband was a little disappointed that beach access was closed. Resort staff cited safety concerns. The view from the lanai was wonderful and we saw lots of whales and a pod of dolphins. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.
