Welcome to your Kauai paradise. Unit 9202 is located in the renowned Bamboo building which features the most stunning views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai.
This large fully air conditioned 900 square foot, one bedroom condo has just been updated with new paint, art, appliances, kitchenware, and furnishings. The living room features a comfortable sectional with queen sleeper, and large flat screen TV. The dining area seats eight comfortably. The kitchen has a concealed washer and dryer as well as all of the appliances and supplies needed for any gourmet dinner. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed under a Koa wood ceiling fan and glass sliders to let the sea breezes begin and end your day. The master bathroom features new granite countertop and fixtures and a tub/shower combination. (new pictures coming)
Imagine yourself on the lanai with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail overlooking the turquoise bay after spending the day at our nearby beach with our full compliment of beach toys including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and coolers.
The Hanalei Bay Resort is a tropical paradise with eight hard surface and clay tennis courts, Kauai’s only swim up bar in a lagoon style pool, and a restaurant serving cocktails and dinner seven days a week. Concierge service, optional valet parking, golf cart transport around the resort and to the beach, tennis and pool amenities, and wi-fi are all included in the reasonable $25 daily resort and $20 parking fee. This fee is paid directly to the resort upon check in.
Note that this unit may be combined with unit 9201 and 9203 to make a 1300 square foot two bedroom or 1750 square foot three bedroom oasis for up to eight guests. Please see VRBO listings 2374272 and 2375624 or 3 bedroom 2375687 for rates and availability.

GUEST NOTICE -- A $50.00 Check-In Fee is required for each reservation. Non-Hanalei Bay Resort owners are subject to a daily Resort Fee of $25.00 plus tax, and a daily Parking Fee of $20.00 plus tax for each vehicle they bring. Prices subject to change.

Views from balcony are 10 plus. Bonus was the ability to also utilize the 1 hotel amenities in order to have variety in our activities. It was a great area to enjoy long walks and explore the area.
The pools were often crowded and finding a chair around the pool could be difficult.
The condo was comfortable, but could use a refresh. This is especially true in bathroom.
Over all, even with need for refresh I give it a 9!

Highly recommend! Great location for exploring the north shore with a nice pool and a semi-private beach. The unit itself was in excellent condition with ample AC and gorgeous views.

We had a fantastic stay in this unit last week! The view is amazing! There is no better view of Hanalei Bay. We spent every morning out on the lanai drinking coffee and planning our day. We love the easy walk down to Puu Poa Beach and 10 minute walk to the path that leads down to Hideaways Beach.
The unit was clean and comfortable - I would definitely rent it again.

We were excited to visit Princeville and we figured the condo would be nice, but we were wowed when we walked in and saw the sweeping view of the mountains and ocean from the unit’s wide lanai. We would have been fine just sitting out on the lanai to watch the surfers and the sunsets, but we also enjoyed the resort’s grounds as well as the proximity to the Kalalau Trail in the Napali Coast Wilness Park, just a few miles away. As an added bonus, the condo was well-stocked and comfortable and the property owner was very easy to communicate with. We plan to come back as soon as we can!

Our stay was wonderful! The unit we stayed in was “better than advertised”. We would definitely consider staying there again if we decide to return to Kauai.

Absolutely loved out accommodations...unit was beautiful, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were beyond amazing and enjoyed every morning and evening sitting out there and taking in the breath-taking views. We will definitely be back for sure and stay here!! My husband and I had a great week staying at the Hanalei Bay Resort. The views from the balcony were absolutely sublime and we so enjoyed having our breakfast out there every morning and planning our day. We have been to Kauai several times before and experienced much that the island has to offer, so we actually did spend a lot of time in the condo and out on that balcony! :) Laurie had the condo stocked with many supplies and equipment for the beach, etc so that was great! Thank you Laurie! The only downside is that the property in general needs some updating. One restaurant appears to have been closed for a long time and same with the swim-up bar; but they were working on that while we were there, so that is a good thing. We wish they had pickleball courts (but heard that they might be putting some in, so we'll check back) All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and think it is a great value. We would love to go back, but we will probably wait and see when/if upgrades happen.

Our anniversary trip in this location was great. Easy access to beach and pool with some walking, but no problem.
