We follow Hawaii State/.City/County rules only allowing one booking per 30 day consecutive date block. Total pricing for the listing is for a 30 day booking, not a daily rate and you are free to use property for any and all of the 30 days.

This comfortable, spacious, custom teak home has the feel of a luxurious hotel or tropical getaway. You will notice the woven lauhala ceiling, wooden hand carved trim, island landscaping and fountains around the property. The house includes 3 full size bedrooms plus a bonus room with 2 twin beds. and 2 full baths plus half bath.
KITCHEN (upstairs): Large open concept kitchen. 6 burner gas stove with flat top grill, french door fridge, dishwasher and disposal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay, including complete sets of stainless and non stick executive cookware, Keurig stainless coffee and espresso with water tank, Tiger rice cooker, Cuisinart blender, toaster and food processor, and every kitchen tool you would need including spice rack for all of your cooking needs.
LIVING/DINING ROOM (upstairs): Tastefully decorated open concept living and dining area features a mango wood and stone dining table which comfortably fits 8 adults. Island includes 3 additional stools.
AC: The house has brand new AC units installed for the upstairs living, dining, kitchen and main bedroom. If on, it will also keep the downstairs generally cool. Ceiling fans are included in downstairs bedrooms. Typically AC is not necessary with the trade winds however it is nice on those muggy days/nights.
MAIN BEDROOM (upstairs). Huge main suite with California king bed and walk in closet. MAIN BATH En-suite bath with double sinks, copper tub, separate shower, and private lavatory. French doors lead to deck with sitting area and view of the ocean including one surf spot. 50" smart TV, for streaming, HD cable channels.
BEDROOM 2 (downstairs): 2 twin xl beds, or king, you decide!! We can put the 2 beds together insert a memory foam bridge and make the bed as a king instead. Brand new ceiling fans installed. Includes dresser drawers and large closet.
BEDROOM 3 (downstairs): Queen size bed with dresser drawers and large closet.
BEDROOM 4 (downstairs): 2 twin beds for any kids or overflow guests as needed. Note you do enter the garage through this room.
FULL BATH / HALF BATH (downstairs): there are 2 bathrooms downstairs for the lower bedrooms. Full batch features large shower and double sinks.
LAUNDRY: The house includes a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry soap is included as part of your stay.
GARAGE/DRIVEWAY: Exterior electric gate for privacy and security. House includes a 2 car electric garage. The garage can securely store 8+ surfboards or paddleboards on hanging racks. The driveway and front gate are shared with the back neighbor so please do not block the driveway.

Our family of eight immensely enjoyed Mike’s property and the unmatched North Shore Oahu location. Such a great place to unwind and experience the beauty of the North Shore. Alligator Rock across the street was the hangout place for us. Would return again in an instant!

Wonderful house in a great North Shore location. Close to Haleiwa, Waimea, Sunset. The beach right across the street at Alligator Rock was perfect for our 18-month-old grandson, with protected areas behind the rock that blocked the sometimes large surf. Mike was so gracious and accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The house is stunning and very well equipped -- beach supplies, towels, kitchenware, spices and sauces. All you need to bring is food and beverage.
Mahalo to Mike and Summer. Our family is already dreaming about a return visit!

This north shore property quickly became our home away from home. The spacious lanai, the comfortable beds, the delightful baths, and the open living area was perfect for our family, dad, mom, and adult children with their partners.
The home was extremely well stocked which we greatly appreciated.
The owner was extremely responsive even bringing a new grill to the home so we could grill a few meals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It gave us easy access to many beaches, hikes, food options, short drive to shopping in Hale'iwa, and a beautiful drive to the Polynesian Cultural Center (~25 minutes). The PCC was a highlight for us.

Located just a few minutes west of Waimea Bay and a few minutes east of the now bustling Haleiwa, this is a fantastic location.
Great restaurants, groceries stores and amenities are all close by. You’re also no more than 20 minutes from all North Shore beaches. It’s quite a remarkable location over all. There is quite a variety of beaches within walking distance. Calm beaches with rocks and structure offering protected swimming, reefs with consistent surfing, reefs for large surf in the winter and so on. Turtles and copious amounts of marine life along with amazing sunset views are across the street.
With a singular road, traffic can be a bear at times when the waves are decent or on weekends, but it’s easy to work around. When the waves are small there are some amazing snorkel places (Three Tables, Sharks Cove) just up the road. I can talk all about the location for a while, but it’s safe to say that there is a lot to do within 20 minutes of the house.
The house itself is very well appointed, well maintained and is quite beautiful. The kitchen and great room are perfect for family dinners and the assorted pots, pans and utensils are probably the best of any VRBO we’ve stayed at.
A family or two would have no issues staying here and enjoying the house, it’s amenities and surrounding environment.
The hosts are good people, with easy lines of communication and prompt attention. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend to anyone.

My sister and myself rented this property for a family getaway with our 5 daughters. Mike was wonderful to deal with. He gave us some great ideas of fun things to see and do while we were there. The house was very comfortable and located within walking distance to the beach and turtle sanctuary. ( I must say that out of all Vrbo’s I’ve stayed at, this had the most fully equipped kitchen which made it easy to have some meals at home). I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay especially if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas.

This home is so well-appointed and beautifully designed! We had our work retreat on the North Shore and half of our company stayed here (5 people total). The other half came to visit frequently as the home had everything we needed to host dinners, workshops and other activities (the multiple seating areas, including the outdoor porch/table, were great). There are beaches close by, and Waimea is a gorgeous sandy beach <1 mile away, where we had team workouts in the morning. Definitely would recommend!
