Like NEW, this renovated, second floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is open, clean, modern, and luxurious. Updates have been tastefully done with our guests' comfort in mind and can sleep up to 4 guests (2 adults on the queen size bed in the master bedroom, and two additional guests on the queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room). Ceiling fans, screened doors, and screened windows maintain a comfortable temperature with security and privacy. AC use permitted for an additional $25/day. The bedroom closet is fully stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear, beach mats, two boogie boards, and other beach and pool items to make beach day truly remarkable! The brand new kitchen comes with a new range, a new microwave, a new dishwasher, and a new stone countertop as a premium for our guests vacation enjoyment.

Kona Isle is on the makai (ocean) side of Ali'i Drive, 2 ½ miles south of Kailua-Kona and is oceanfront. The condo has a view of the ocean and the property swimming pool from the lanai, and Mauna Loa from the spacious grounds. The grounds are beautifully cared for with lots of open space to stroll and watch tropical birds.
PLEASE NOTE: Condo is a Second Story Unit; there is NO ELEVATOR on property grounds; only stairs.
Condo and Condo Complex are strictly NON-SMOKING. If guests violate policy, a cleaning/restoration fee will be charged.

The spot was exactly as advertised, and even more. Loved the location for getting around the island along with a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Incredibly useful having the chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear too. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The apartment was clean, the kitchen is very well equipped including an assortment of spices, furthermore it comes with washer and dryer inside the flat. The view from the balcony is magnificent, and you can enjoy the sundown. The residential complex is quiet, well-kept and comes together with several nice and relaxed people. There is a parking lot for one car that you need for sightseeing and shopping on Big Island. In a nutshell, everything you need at a fair price, and we highly recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved staying at Lily’s Kona Hideway!!! Brian was so helpful and responsive. The condo was so nice and updated with everything we needed. Kona Isle is an amazing condo complex. The condo community was so friendly and welcoming. We loved the sunsets, grilling, birds, pool, grounds, close proximity to Kailua-Kona.

The unit is adorably decorated!
The view from the lanai was better than we expected. Evenings watching the sunset either down in the front lounge chairs or from the lanai will be our best memories. So glad we chose this north facing condo. The ones across, facing south, seem to be extremely hot. We did not need AC.
Our only down side comment is that we had trouble getting the TV to stay connected to the internet and were unable to stream shows during most of our stay.

We had the most amazing time at Brian’s condo! It is fully stocked unlike so many that I have stayed in that absolute nothing in them all the dishes, appliances, seasonings, sandwich bags, tinfoil, soap, flash lights and fans you can move around the condo! We left behind some sand toys which were the only items missing from this fabulous condo. Everyone here was so nice and we used the bbq grilling station a few times it was so relaxing listening to the waves crash against the rocks while we grilled steaks we even seen whales and spinner dolphins one day! The parking lot at this condo is a huge plus and it’s walking distance to a cute little farmers market that has possibly the best fish tacos from a food truck I have ever tasted! Will def return had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo is set up nicely, everything we needed was provided by Brian. The decor is well thought out and brings the Hawaiian culture into the rooms. The property is well kept and we loved that we had a dedicated parking spot. We could hear the ocean waves hitting the rocks from our balcony which made the times we spent out there watching the sun set even more enjoyable. Everyone we met around the property was pleasant as well. This is also a great location that is close to the main Kailua Kona hot spots while being just far enough away.
All in all we would definitely come back and stay here again.

Lily's Hideaway was perfect. A pitcher in the fridge for cool filtered water was appreciated as well as the beach items: Snorkels, boogie boards, chairs, ice chest even a beach umbrella. When we had an issue with the ceiling fans we had no trouble contacting Brian and he comped the A/C. Would not hesitate to return. Aloha

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Everything you need is in the apartment. The view from the balcony ist fantastic. I will really miss watching the sunset from there or from the beach area.
