You'll be able to easily stroll to the beach and to the community's lovely amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and an oceanfront barbecue area.

This studio condo has new fully tiled floors, exposed beam ceilings, and a mirrored wall that maximizes the island sunshine. After a day spent at the beach, you can relax in the air-conditioning or open the sliding glass doors, let in the coastal breeze, and step out onto the lanai with a cold drink. The rest of the living space features a comfortable sitting area facing a flatscreen cable TV, a fully appointed kitchen with a dishwasher, and a glass-top dining table for meals and card games at home. Additional amenities include free WiFi throughout the condo and shared laundry facilities (for a fee) on the grounds.
