Maui Banyan F-103 Ground Floor Condo - COMPLETE REMODEL.
**Please note: This is a ground floor unit, although there are stairs down from the parking lot and another set of stairs down to the ground floor hallway.
We purchased this unit in January of this year (2021). Everything in the unit has been replaced! Floors, newly built walk in shower, new bathroom vanity/counter/faucet, brand new kitchen with new cabinets/counters and all new appliances. Brand new washer and dryer with new AC unit in living room and ceiling fan in the bedroom. New paint, lights and all completely new furniture in the entire unit (along with new lanai furniture)!
This ground floor unit has a patio spanning the entire unit with access from the bedroom and the living room. You can walk out your lanai and on to the grassy courtyard next to our unit, which includes a picnic table and Weber gas grill. (still a set of stairs down from parking lot, so not ADA friendly)
This is located in the F building, which is closest to the street and only feet from the amazing Kamaole Beach II (which has a lifeguard as well). This condo is walking distance to many shops, cafe's and restaurants.

The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui. We offer a beautiful 1 bedroom garden view room. There are large flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedroom (smart TV's with cable as well)! The living room has a window Air Conditioning unit which keeps the entire place very cool.
Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts, and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.

Can be accessed from master bedroom or from kitchen. It has a brand newly built walk-in shower with toilet. The bathroom vanity is brand new also 2021 and separated from shower & toilet by a pocket door.

I’m a repeat guest at this spot! Everything is easy. Location is perfect for the beach, grocery shopping, walking, and chilling. I typically work a lot when I’m there but always manage a night swim or a morning walk to Hawaiian Moons market. The wifi is speedy and the dining room table makes for a perfect desk. The apartment is completely renovated, and well appointed. Many mahalo’s to the Horan’s for signing me up again! ☀️

The property was a convenient location to great family beaches. I did not expect stairs with the ground level which was a small concern since my husband is disabled, however, we made it work and we had a great time. There is a bit of an issue with parking, especially in the evenings. Overall, this was a great experience and we would love to return to this exact spot in the future! Thanks for making our Maui vacation a memorable one!

Place was identical to listing and more! Great cozy decor, comfortable beds including sofa pull out bed and well stocked with all the essentials. Loved that there were beach towels, boogie boards and chairs available for use. Condo is short less than 5 minute walk across the street to beach with life guard as well as restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Two condo pools to choose from when needing a break from the beach. Only minor complaint is how strict the rules are at the pool and residents feel need to enforce the rules when kids are having innocent fun. There are all sorts of families and children staying here who want to enjoy the pool and unless being rowdy or rude their is a need to be a little more relaxed. Overall great trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo had everything you need to enjoy your beach holiday. we were greeted with a nice welcome gift and had all the basics to start our stay along with a well stocked kitchen. We had problems with the ice maker which was handled very quickly and fixed at the start of our stay. We would highly recommend this condo to any couple looking for a great location and well kept, clean place. We will definitely stay there again when we go back .

Sean and Dawn made some amazing upgrades to the property! The owners of this property are friendly and attentive as well as accountable, who genuinely cares for guests. Small gestures like being accessible via text to providing a refund for a small issue, which was appreciated, to letting us know the best places to eat in Kihei :) The location and amenities were perfect for us with the beach across the street, pools (yes, two) on the property, and Ululani’s shave ice down the street! Most importantly, will miss my morning runs along S. Kihei Rd with the beautiful views.

I would definitely recommend this property. Right next to the beach and stores. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, make coffee, and store food.
