This family-friendly, beachside home is open, bright, and ready to host your group on a Hawaiian getaway. This Hawaiian music and beach-themed retreat will make any music enthusiast fall in love - they'll find a professional digital piano, hand drum, and even a wooden ukulele. Sink into the extra-long corner sofa in the living area, or enjoy a beverage on the furnished patio. Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom will keep everyone cool and comfortable inside. Enjoy cooking together in the spacious kitchen with full-size appliances and a stone breakfast bar. Additional perks include free WiFi plus a printer. Beach towels, an umbrella, two chairs, tennis racquets, and a cooler are also available.
In addition to everything, shared amenities include two pools - an adult and toddler pool, a hot tub, and a waterfall feature. You can enjoy these alongside lovely island views during your stay.
THINGS TO KNOW
Irrigation work is underway and scheduled to complete by the end of April 2023. Buildings 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19 will be close to the construction. Expect associated noise and dust. Additional irrigation work will start in October or Nov of 2023, with no projected end date. Buildings 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 23 will be impacted.
The Makai pool will be closed for construction starting the second week of April 2023 and is expected to last until July.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lots of room, lots of great beach toys and gear. Sleeps 8 meant using two funny fold-out ottomans, had to figure that out. Very good wi-fi set up.

Great place, kids loved all the musical instruments, many of which were young kid friendly. Well stocked kitchen and beach equipment closet. Pool was very close by and quite nice. The view was a bit hemmed in (by lovely vegetation) and the patio furniture was a bit too large for the patio. Great that the shops are so close by, literally a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Would stay again.

The condo was pretty neat had everything we needed but the only problem we had was the roaches which made it very uncomfortable at times at the kitchen. Overall great home and we are thankful for the stay

I Highly recommend this condo. It is clean, well kept and very close to the pool and gym. All shopping amenities are within a 5 minute drive, or 15 minute walk.

Great location, very clean and comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities you need for cooking, relaxing and playing at the beach. Our family enjoyed the condo for our stay and would love to go back!

Our family of eight stayed for 10 wonderful nights with plenty of space. The home is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous and very quiet. The home was thoroughly stocked with everything you could possibly need. I truly felt at home during our stay. The communication with the company was outstanding. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and several toys. It’s a ten minute drive to the nearest beach which is amazing. There’s a local tourist market just a few minutes away, but you will pay extra there. There’s a grocery store about 15 minutes away. The trip was as perfect as it can be with a large family. Don’t forget to rent a car because you will be driving everywhere you go. Kona is about 20-30 minutes and about an hour if you’re heading down to the Two Step area. Volcano is a two hour drive. And Hilo
was about an hour an half. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great quiet location close to beach and grocery stores. The place has everything you need to be comfortable and was very clean with modern appliances. Beach supplies were very nice to have - towels, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkelling equipment, and lots of kids toys. Very enjoyable stay, we would definitely come back!

Beautiful area and beautiful home
This home was exceptionally clean and completely up-to-date. Facility was gorgeous. Extremely happy with our stay. It could be a bit difficult to find a second parking spot as there was only one reserved and we had 2 vehicles. Finding a non-reserve spot became a bit difficult at times. Other than that, this place is exceptional and would recommend it to anyone!
