Wonderful 2 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms and it comes with a parking space and a washer and dryer! The only drawback is that the lower apartment gets quite a bit of noise from the upstairs occupants, but we coped.
Communication with Eric and Miranda was quick and effective. Great stay! Beds comfortable and air conditioning good.

We stayed here for an event at Punahoe school which is just up the street. Super convenient and out of the busyness of Waikiki which is crazy traffic. Great host-everything was as described. Appreciated the cleanliness and easy parking.

This property was just what we needed for our stay near the University of Hawaii. We were there for graduation, and the location was perfect! It's super close to campus, the dorms, and Stan Sheriff Center. We rented a vehicle, and parking was easy. The amenities were great, and we appreciated the large refrigerator, which kept all the leis fresh. :) It was located minutes from the highway entrance, and driving or riding the bus to Waikiki was very easy.

I loved this place and if ever on Oahu again I will definitely plan my trip dates around availability of the Manoa cottage. Centrally located, assigned parking spot, beach gear for all guests to enjoy and it was very clean. Super satisfied!!!

Our first to Oahu was amazing! The weather was perfect and our little cottage served us well! A place to lay our heads and cook food as we were in and out each day! We will be back 🌺

First, this location is a few minutes to downtown and UH. It is roomy and clean; you cannot beat the two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the price. You also have a full kitchen with an outdoor BBQ and lanai. I will make another reservation here on my next trip to the island.

AC, washer/dryer in unit and on site parking made it wonderful; beach items we could borrow were fantastic!
Maybe up the internet speeds? We ran into buffering/reconnect issues. Not sure if a lot of renters would need it.

Communication with Eric and Miranda was great.
He did have someone come out and clean some of the stuff, and tried to fix the curtain the fell off the wall, and compensated us some. But the home was very unclean, urine stains under the toilet seat, dripping down over the bowl, hairs on all the floors. The walls had stuff splashed on them, minimal places to sit once futon and couch were used as beds, throw up on the air mattress, cockroaches both dead and alive inside the home, mouse poop under the bathroom sinks. A family of five, and very uncomfortable stay. Would not return.

Communication with Eric and Miranda was great. They had a closet filled with beach chairs/toys/boards/snorkels/umbrella which was very helpful. This place has so much potential, however, I could not get over how unclean the home was. I understand it was fully remodeled and maybe the other guests got the cleaner portion, but our stay was unfortunately very uncomfortable. It says that it sleeps 6 but it was crowded for us 5, if you have one sleeping on the very small couch, and one sleeping on the hard futon, there is only one chair to sit in. There are only four table chairs. No where to lounge. The air up mattress had vomit/food and my daughter refused to sleep on it even when I covered it with towels. Just gross. It would’ve been helpful to have hooks in both bathrooms to hang wet towels and bathing suits/clothing. One small towel rack in each bathroom, that’s it, the shower rods were both all rusted. There was mouse poop in the bathroom cabinet, stuff splashed on the walls, dead cockroaches under bed and couch. LIVE Cockroaches inside and way more at night when we came to the door to get in. I know that’s normal for HI, but my kids could not sleep in there beds as a result of seeing them in the home. The vents were furry from dust, and the lights in the bathroom had dead cockroaches, hairs in the bed/pillows even though the sheets were clean, I think the cleaning person must’ve dropped the pillows on the floor and then put them back in the bed. The floors were the filthiest of all, they had not been swept or mopped. Our feet were black after showers and walking barefoot inside. There were curly hairs all over the floors in the bathrooms. Urine stains under toilet lid. The sink backsplash ledge was thick with dust. We were grateful Eric refunded us the cleaning fee, and sent someone to clean, but much was still left dirty. Watered down shampoo, conditioner and body wash and the cheapest toilet paper, paper towels, shower towels. Everything in this home is mismatched and poor quality. The floors are coming up and hurt our bare feet and curtains falling off the wall not anchored properly so you can’t open them. He tried to fix but couldn’t. The home is VERY close to neighbors, not private at all, other guests walk by the many windows a lot, but a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Sadly this trip did not feel like a vacation as a result. I wanted to leave but we had no where to go. Very disappointed stay.

Overall our stay was absolutely beautiful in Manoa! We were happy to be about 12-15 minutes away from the tourist area of Waikiki but still accessible as we were in town for a conference.
If this is important to you, the beds are firm (we enjoy more softer beds but we adjusted)
The washer and dryer in unit was perfect for after the beach adventures and it was nice to have an on-site parking spot, kitchen and outdoor area to sit.
We had three guests, myself, my wife and my grandmother, more than enough room for the three of us!
