Overall the experience was simple. Property close to wherever you want to go.
It’s very dark inside, always have to have lights on.

The property is central to the island which is great but not much within walking distance of the condo. I like to run and there was not a very long sidewalk to run along and the beach had an angle to it so running there is tough. The space is clean amenities good. One day I took a chair from the inside to the outside patio for an online meeting. The building caretaker came by within 30min to say the owner can see I have taken a chair outside and to return it back indoors. I complied and for the rest of my stay felt as though I was being watched which made me uncomfortable.

The condo was very comfortable and well equipped with plenty of plush towels, beach towels and beach chairs in addition to well stocked kitchen and very comfortable king sized bed. We enjoyed coffee and tea on the lanai and occasionally enjoyed our morning coffee seaside, which was about 20 yards from the back door. The grounds of the complex was ok., nothing special and a bit outdated. The pool is more like a big puddle and not very appealing, but the access to the beach is lovely and can walk down the beach for a long morning or afternoon stroll. The neighborhood is VERY quiet, which we loved! Location felt pretty central to all areas of the island and would definitely consider returning to this part of the island again. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in the condo very much. Mahalo!

The best part about this property is definitely the management company - they are super responsive and attentive. I also appreciated the central location of this property - right in between Wailea and Lahaina, as well as close to the airport and easy access to Haleakala and major roadways. The property itself was okay - comfortable enough for two people, with the right amenities, like WiFi and a kitchen. It was fairly quiet at night, too, with the sound of the ocean in the background, if you keep the windows open. The beach outside the unit is not very swimmable but definitely amazing for a walk or a run. We didn’t need to pay the resort fees, so I’m not sure how much the value of this place would change with those (I’m also not sure what the amenities would be as we didn’t see/use any). All in all, this was a good value for the money in a central location in Maui.

We had a great time at this property with just steps to the beach and pool. It was also close enough to airport, restaurants, harbor, etc. We saw lots of turtles in the water and even a couple whales off in the distance. The only downsides are that you cannot have the tv in the master bed area and have the sliding doors closed at the same time (we turned it and put it in between two of them closed the one night we tried), air conditioner is noisy, and there is no baking tray/cookie sheet/pizza pan. Despite these, we would highly recommend to anyone considering :)
